What does a woman's house mean?

The Women's Home is a social organization, and it is an active position to keep close contact with women, improve their quality in an all-round way and lead them to become rich through hard work. It is also a position for grassroots women's federations to publicize policies, a classroom for spreading knowledge, a link for transmitting information, a window for serving women and a platform for displaying women's elegance.

There are five standards for women's homes:

1. has a fixed activity place. The construction of women's homes in the county requires that there must be fixed venues for activities and listing should be realized.

2, to have the necessary equipment to carry out activities. Relying on village, residence and community activity places, women's homes should have necessary facilities in terms of hardware.

3. Have a sound management system. It is necessary to establish and improve the management system of women's homes, the registration system of women's basic situation, the study and training system, the activity registration system and the household registration system.

There are all kinds of activities. Women's homes should closely focus on functional needs, actively carry out various colorful activities, go deep into the masses, and form a brand. Especially on major festivals such as March 8th, June 1st and Mother's Day, large-scale activities with certain influence are carried out around safeguarding rights and interests, respecting the elderly and loving relatives, scientific parenting, healthy living, environmental protection, culture and entertainment, so that women can feel the intimacy and warmth of "home" and guide them to strive to be "social mothers" who care for left-behind children.

There should be full-time and part-time staff. Village (community) women's congresses should build and manage women's homes under the leadership of party organizations, and select people with high political and cultural quality, enthusiasm for women's cause and certain expertise as the staff of women's homes by striving for public welfare posts, serving women volunteers and openly recruiting to the society.
