According to the provisions of Article 30, those suspected of obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases will be held criminally responsible and, based on the facts and circumstances of the crime, will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention; if the consequences are particularly serious, they will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than seven years.

5. Failure to cooperate with the investigation
