Beware of fire accidents. Winter is dry and cold, the water content of articles decreases, the electricity consumption increases sharply, and the production materials pile up, which is easy to cause fire accidents. Enterprises must strictly implement the responsibility of fire safety, strengthen patrol on duty, clean up combustible sundries in the factory area in time, regularly check and replace old equipment, evacuate fire exits, and deal with hidden dangers in time.

Beware of poisoning accidents. The temperature in winter is low, and some workplaces may be poorly ventilated and insulated, which may easily accumulate harmful gases, leading to poisoning accidents. Enterprises must guard against the leakage of harmful gases, do a good job in waste gas recovery, regularly detect the concentration of harmful gases in the air, and take effective isolation measures in time if it exceeds the limit.

Beware of construction accidents. What a snowstorm it is in winter, which leads to accidents during construction. Enterprises in aerial work, lifting operations and mechanical operations, the use of ladders, climbing surfaces, lifting operations must take anti-skid measures. In case of strong wind, rain and snow and other bad weather, it is forbidden to carry out high altitude and lifting operations.

Strengthen equipment management. The temperature difference in winter is large, and the metal parts in the equipment are easy to break, leading to leakage and explosion accidents. Enterprises should adhere to the principle of "special person in charge, regular inspection", and often carry out inspection, maintenance and maintenance of equipment.

Prevent electrostatic hazards. It is dry and rainy in winter, and it is easy to generate static electricity when the factory is running, which leads to fire and explosion accidents. Enterprises must do a good job in the detection and monitoring of equipment grounding wire to avoid static electricity or accelerate its release.

Equipped with protective equipment. Enterprises should equip employees with appropriate winter labor insurance supplies and emergency supplies to ensure the safety of employees.

Don't forget the epidemic prevention safety. Employees are required to keep a social distance, wear masks, wash their hands frequently, often ventilate, exercise more and not gather together, so as to effectively improve their personal protection ability. Do a good job in information registration and temperature measurement of foreigners. Strengthen the preparation of epidemic response materials such as masks and sterilized medical devices.
