With the footsteps of late autumn, I was fortunate to visit Kou Middle School in Jining District, Shandong Province with the teachers of the school research group. Dulangkou Middle School carries out teaching with the characteristics of "three-dimensional, large capacity and fast pace". Openness, democracy, emphasis on success and publicity of personality are the outstanding characteristics of classroom teaching in Dulangkou Middle School. After observing the classroom teaching in Dulangkou Middle School, I was deeply touched.

First, make rational use of every inch of campus space and render the cultural atmosphere.

When we walk into the campus, we will be infected by the strong campus culture. The slogan of educational theory is along this road, and the whole campus is a cultural corridor. Make full use of every space in the whole campus. In the corridor of the teaching building, we will find all the students' works, including compositions, handwritten newspapers, feelings, English compositions and class culture columns carefully produced by each class, which are various and colorful. Although the whole campus is covered with students' works, they are posted in an orderly way. If you are more careful, you will find that even the stairs and steps are covered with famous aphorisms or important knowledge points in the text, and the roof beams of the classroom are covered with many inspiring slogans, which make full use of the space and make knowledge points everywhere, embodying "not letting go of every educational space" and creating a strong campus cultural atmosphere.

Second, everyone has a "stage" and becomes the master of learning.

The most special teaching mode of Dulangkou Middle School is that there are big blackboards nailed to the four walls of each classroom and outside the classroom. As soon as you enter the classroom, you will find blackboards on all sides. Every student in the class has his own blackboard. At the beginning of class, students preview or review the text first, then write down their achievements and gains with chalk on their own blackboard, and then check and correct them in pairs. The specific applications of different disciplines are different, but they are all inseparable from this blackboard, which plays an important role in learning. This is the "Dulangkou Middle School" for every student.

Third, efficient and concentrated group cooperative learning promotes the development of * * *.

With the popularity of Dulangkou Middle School in China, teachers from all over the country visit it every day. Once in the classroom, you can even find that there are more visitors than students. However, in the face of visitors, the students here can completely turn a deaf ear. They turn a blind eye to all the visiting teachers. They are so focused on what they should do. This is really a state, a state that is not easily disturbed by the outside world, and a state of concentration.

What impressed me most was their group cooperation, communication and feedback. Their class really adopts the "small host system", and students organize classes instead of teachers. Students at different levels also have the right to speak and the opportunity to exercise. Students in Dulangkou Middle School don't have to raise their hands when they speak, but as long as students speak, other students will shut up and listen carefully to others. The classroom is orderly. Students have developed the habit of "listening, being diligent, speaking and asking questions". Each of their classes has a student as a tutor, who is responsible for managing the daily affairs of the class and asking questions to other students. At the end of class, the tutor is responsible for summing up this lesson.

In the classroom, students' statements are scattered, flexible, eclectic and freely accepted. Teachers' guidance and students' performance make us truly realize what an efficient classroom is, especially students' blackboard writing. Every student is so standardized, neat and serious. The skillful use of two-color pen, the quick response to the teacher's questions and the fierce confrontation between students all make us feel that this can not be done in a short time.

Du Langkou's trip showed me a unique teaching mode, which benefited me a lot and caused me to think deeply. The cultivation of students' good behavior habits is not a one-off event, it requires our patient and meticulous work. Students' * * * can't be stimulated casually, and there is a complete reward and punishment mechanism behind it. How to establish a perfect team cooperation mechanism and how to cultivate students' team cooperation spirit are all urgent problems we need to solve at present.
