When Party B's vehicle is driving in the factory, it shall strictly abide by the traffic rules and relevant regulations in the factory, and it is forbidden to overspeed, overweight, and transport dangerous goods. If found, Party A's personnel have the right to stop and punish education, and Party B shall bear all the responsibilities for the losses caused by traffic accidents.

5. All vehicles of Party B must be parked in the designated place in an orderly manner. For any vehicle parked by Party B in the factory, Party A is not responsible for the safety and protection of the vehicle, and Party B shall arrange its own caretakers and measures, and Party B shall be responsible for the theft and damage of the vehicle.

6. Where Party B's vehicle runs in the factory area, causing safety accidents of Party A and Party B's personnel, property losses of equipment, facilities or losses of a third party, Party B shall bear the responsibilities.

7. Party B shall regularly conduct safety training for operators, educate them to strictly abide by traffic rules and factory rules and regulations and disciplines, prohibit drunk driving, fatigue driving and barbaric driving, and prohibit Party B's personnel or vehicles from entering other production areas, gas dangerous areas and other dangerous areas of Party A without permission, and Party B shall be responsible for the accidents caused thereby.
