(five) other duties determined by the leading group for comprehensive management of Tianjin Railway Station area of the Municipal People's Government. Article 9 The maintenance, repair and management of all its facilities by other property owners in Tianjin Railway Station area shall conform to the unified requirements of Tianjin Railway Station area and accept the supervision of the station and district office. Tenth station district office should adhere to the people-oriented, streamlined and efficient, innovative management methods, improve management level, and provide quality services. Station management agencies shall not charge or charge any fees in disguised form. Article 12 The comprehensive management of city appearance, environmental sanitation, landscaping, municipal facilities, road traffic and street lighting in Tianjin Railway Station area shall conform to the Regulations of Tianjin Municipality on Urban Management (Decree No.2 of the Municipal People's Government in 2008) and the Classification Standard of Tianjin Municipality on Urban Management. Thirteenth Tianjin Railway Station public service facilities should be scientific and reasonable, convenient for the masses; All kinds of signs should be clear, neat and beautiful; Damaged facilities and equipment should be replaced and maintained in time to ensure normal use.

Toilets should be set up in foreign-related business premises in Tianjin Railway Station area and open to the public free of charge. Article 14 Taxis, buses, long-distance buses and other vehicles in Tianjin Railway Station area shall be operated in a standardized and orderly manner, and passengers shall not be refused, robbed or forcibly recruited. Fifteenth Tianjin Railway Station area prohibits the following acts that affect the city appearance and environment, landscaping and municipal facilities management:

(a) occupy squares and roads to set up stalls, engage in various business activities or sell goods in a mobile way;

(2) Setting up commercial outdoor advertisements and slogans;

(three) other violations of the city environment, landscaping and municipal facilities management prohibited by laws, regulations and rules. Sixteenth Tianjin Railway Station area prohibits the following acts in violation of traffic and passenger management:

(a) motor vehicles and non-motor vehicles are not parked in the prescribed places;

(two) the taxi in violation of regulations in non operating areas, road waiting for passengers, soliciting;

(three) the taxi refused to carry, disrupting the order of the site;

(4) getting on and off passengers outside the bus stop;

(five) other violations of road traffic and passenger management prohibited by laws, regulations and rules. Seventeenth Tianjin Railway Station area prohibits the following acts that hinder the management order of public places:

1. Selling and disseminating illegal publications;

Forcing passengers to introduce accommodation;

(3) soliciting or dumping customers for operating vehicles;

(four) mobile distribution of advertising products;

(five) tricycle, rickshaw passenger operation;

(six) the use of loudspeakers or other methods to create high noise to engage in commercial operations to attract customers;

(seven) other acts that hinder the management order of public places. Eighteenth in violation of the provisions of article seventeenth (three), (four) and (five), the station office shall be ordered to make corrections. Refuses to correct, impose a fine of more than 50 yuan and less than 500 yuan on individuals; The unit shall be fined between 1000 yuan and 5000 yuan.

Other acts in violation of these provisions shall be subject to the provisions of laws, regulations and rules. Article 19 When exercising the power of administrative punishment, Zhanqian District Office should adhere to the principle of combining punishment with education and giving priority to education. The violator should be educated first and ordered to make corrections immediately or within a time limit. If the illegal act is minor and harmless, and it is corrected immediately after education, no administrative punishment will be imposed; If the violator fails to make corrections within the time limit, he shall be given administrative punishment according to law.

The station office has the right to stop illegal acts beyond its jurisdiction and promptly notify the relevant departments to deal with them according to law.
