1. Completion of work in the first half of the year

At present, six propagation farms have been constructed in Baisha Town, Hualou Township, Shiwo Township, Shitang Township, Dazhu Town, and Batai Township. The ones under planning and construction include Shiren Township, Zengjia Township, Chaya Township, There are 4 propagation farms in Huangzhong Town. Each propagation farm has scientifically formulated standard and detailed planning layout plans, construction plans, and design drawings based on on-site site selection to meet the construction requirements of rational layout, standardized design, scientific breeding, and practical investment. In order to ensure the orderly development of the black chicken industry, our bureau, together with the industry and commerce, quality supervision and other departments, will severely crack down on the sales of counterfeit old courtyard black chickens (eggs) and trademark infringement on the market, and investigate and deal with them in accordance with the law; the management of the use of trademarks will be terminated When the contract expires, the trademark license objects will be re-clarified. By forming a company to unite breeding enterprises and farmers, we will achieve the "four unifications" management model of unified quality standards, unified spray coding, unified logos, unified packaging, and sales at different distribution points. (2) Comprehensively strengthen the city’s epidemic monitoring. In construction, "five unifications" are implemented, namely unified site selection, unified planning, unified design, unified acceptance, and unified commissioning. In terms of management, "five unified points" are implemented, namely unified varieties, unified feed, unified epidemic prevention, unified technology, unified sales, and household accounting. After half a year of hard work, 10 beef cattle breeding communities have been built and improved; 20 cattle-improvement artificial insemination stations have been further improved, with a total of 75.68 million cattle improved. A total of 20 black chicken breeding communities in old courtyards have been built and improved; 3 black chicken breeding farms in old courtyards have been renovated and expanded; 36 pig breeding communities have been built and improved, including 6 new ones; 7 pig artificial insemination stations have been built and improved in the city. (6) Accelerate the construction of animal husbandry brands. The application for "Wanyuan Jiuyuan Jiuyuan Black Chicken (Egg) Geographical Indication Protection Product" to the State Administration of Quality Supervision has passed the expert group discussion and review, and is only waiting for the issuance of a certificate. The application for Fengtong Honey Geographical Indication Protected Products has been completed, including sampling inspection and compilation of application materials. Hongfei Animal Husbandry and Yutu Selenium Farm’s pollution-free product certification application work has completed sampling inspection and compilation of application materials. 2. Main existing problems

(1) The level of intensification is low and the breeding scale is small.

First, the mechanisms for breeding, processing, and marketing are not perfect, and the role of specialized cooperative organizations is not obvious. They have not become market entities in large-scale operations. Enterprises, bases, and specialized cooperative organizations have not established a closer interest connection mechanism; second, farmers’ breeding Poor awareness, serious "waiting, relying, and wanting" mentality, focusing on decentralized breeding, weak breeding foundation, low level of large-scale breeding, and poor ability to withstand market risks.

(2) Insufficient investment and slow development. To realize the industrialization of animal husbandry, it will definitely not work if the investment is too small. At present, financial investment at all levels is mainly used to support the development of the black chicken and pig industries in the old hospital. There has been no financial investment in the beef cattle and mutton sheep industries, resulting in slow progress in the two major industries in terms of base cultivation, standardized moderate-scale breeding, and supporting system construction. .

(3) Breeding risks, especially epidemic diseases and market risks, have increased overall. Livestock and poultry epidemics are complex and changeable, and breeding is relatively scattered, making epidemic prevention more difficult; market risk prevention mechanisms are imperfect, market prices fluctuate greatly and frequently, and breeding benefits are unstable; potential risks to the quality and safety of livestock products still exist.

3. Work arrangements for the second half of the year

(1) Vigorously implement the "Tens of Millions of Black Chickens Going to Jiangnan" project. Strive to complete the construction of 5-8 multiplication farms, achieve the production of 3 million new black chickens from the old yard this year, reach a production capacity of 8 million by the end of the year, and strive to sell 5 million chickens.

(2) Pay close attention to the prevention and control of major animal diseases. Effectively ensure that the organization and leadership are in place, publicity and mobilization are in place, training and guidance are in place, responsibilities are in place, material support is in place, epidemic prevention technology is in place, supervision and inspection are in place, focusing on swine fever, foot and mouth disease, highly pathogenic avian influenza, PRRS, etc. In the prevention and control of major animal diseases, we must pay close attention to all aspects of epidemic monitoring, compulsory immunization, epidemic containment, epidemic reporting and epidemic handling, to ensure that there is no occurrence and spread of major animal diseases in the city.

(3) Pay close attention to supervision and law enforcement to ensure product safety. The first is to strengthen source management. Comprehensively implement the gsp certification of veterinary drugs, intensify efforts to rectify the veterinary drug market, strengthen veterinary drug supervision, sampling and use supervision, and improve the drug recording system. (4) Continue to develop grassland animal husbandry. Efforts will be made to promote the supporting technologies for artificial grass planting and livestock raising; improve the application materials for the formulation of local standards for ecological old bacon in Wanyuan City and the application materials for geographical indications of honey agricultural products in Fengtong Township, Wanyuan City; do a good job in the city's special rectification of feed quality and safety law enforcement and pollution-free livestock Supervise product production, complete feed inspection and urine sample inspection tasks such as "clenbuterol".

(5) Strengthen science and technology publicity and training.
