Carplay, welcome is not easy to use.

1. If the owner accidentally switches carplay to Do Not Disturb mode, the owner needs to turn off the Do Not Disturb system, which can generally be cancelled in the settings.

2. It may be that the volume of the vehicle and the mobile phone is not turned on, or the mobile phone is in silent mode. The owner only needs to adjust the volume of the mobile phone or vehicle to normal.

It may be that the connection between the vehicle and the mobile phone is disconnected. The owner can check whether the data cable is loose and reconnect the phone.

4. There may be signal interference nearby. The owner will drive away from the current area and try to play the music again.

It is also possible that there is something wrong with the sound of the vehicle. Car owners can use the multimedia provided by the system to play music. If there is no sound, the owner needs to go to the 4S shop to check the sound of the vehicle.
