GB/T 10 17 1 concrete mixing station (building) classification, which is suitable for periodic concrete mixing stations (buildings) producing ordinary concrete.

The technical conditions of GB/T 10 172 concrete mixing station (building) are applicable to the mixing station (building) specified in GB/T101.

GB/T 9 142 concrete mixer is suitable for periodic concrete mixers and mixers in concrete mixing stations (buildings).

Test method for performance of concrete mixers. Concrete mixing station (building) is composed of feeding, storage, batching, discharging, control and other systems and structural components. The centralized mixing of cement concrete by concrete mixing station (building) has many advantages:

(1) centralized mixing of cement concrete is convenient for strictly controlling the concrete mix ratio, ensuring the concrete quality, and fundamentally changing the inaccurate situation of scattered mixing ingredients on site;

(2) Centralized mixing of cement concrete is beneficial to the adoption of automation technology, which can greatly improve labor productivity, save labor and reduce costs;

(3) Centralized mixing eliminates the work of installing mixing equipment, stacking sand and stones, storing cement, etc. on the construction site, saving the site and avoiding the waste of raw materials.

The main engine of concrete mixer can be divided into self-falling type and forced type according to types. The capacity of the self-falling mixing drum can be made very large, which is suitable for mixing large aggregates.

The forced mixer has a vertical shaft and a horizontal shaft. The concrete quality of forced mixer is good, and it is suitable for mixing hard concrete with low slump.
