How about the Monkey Pass scenic spot in Liupanshui?

Liupanshui Monkey Pass Scenic Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

I have long heard that the peasant paintings in Shuicheng County are famous at home and abroad, especially in Houer Pass in Douqing Township. There are not only many peasant painters here, but also painters who have won the most prizes in Guizhou Province and even the whole country. Therefore, Monkey Pass has become a must-see this time.

Monkey Pass in Cichong Village, Douqing Township, Shuicheng County was once the ancient battlefield for Shuixi Army to fight against Wu Sangui, and it also left the footprint of Hong Jiu Army. Since ancient times, Monkey Pass has been named Monkey Pass because of its dangerous terrain, easy to defend and difficult to attack, and even monkeys with flexible movements can't get through. 1937, Hong Jiu Legion passed through here on the way to the Long March. The old Red Army of Hong Jiu Corps once commented on this road: "It has never been so difficult since the Long March". Now Monkey Pass is not only one of the red tourist routes in Liupanshui, but also a peasant painting village in Shuicheng. Monkey Pass is a small place name. Here, there are more than 400 households with more than 400 people, 100. From a distance, the small village seems to be halfway up the mountain, hidden under the blue sky, white clouds and green trees, giving people a feeling of castles in the air.

At the entrance of Houmen Village, you can feel the cultural atmosphere here: like other township roads, there will be a propaganda monument from time to time, about two meters square. Like the propaganda monuments in other places, there are policy slogans such as "Go your own way, love everyone's way" and "Go to work after finishing junior high school". However, there are not only words on the propaganda tablet beside Monkey Pass Road, but also corresponding peasant paintings, depicting a Miao family that loves each other. The daughter smiled happily on her mother's back, and her father smiled at the child while helping her. There are slogans on the tablet: have fewer children, get rich quickly and so on. Seeing such a monument, passers-by can't help but look at it more.

On the wall of a canteen next to the village, a peasant painting was painted: dozens of Miao young men and women are singing and dancing, which is really festive.
