Poetry related to small-scale peasant economy

Jianghuai water is a field and a boat is a house. Fish and shrimp think they are food, and they have their own surplus food if they don't plow.

These are the first two sentences of Su Shi's Fish Man Zi.

There is no wheat in a thousand miles, and there are no clouds in the mountains. There are many water seedlings and the keel is long and dry. When shad leave the net to cover the island, bamboo shoots are fatter than milk. One hundred dollars can get a barrel of wine, although not a club leader who smells drums. Wu Er stepped on a song and danced with a girl, but he was not bitter or happy.
