As an extracurricular homework teacher, I really have a deep understanding of children's homework.

Maybe it's because there are too many children. I just think the night passes too fast, and I don't think I should endure it. I have been giving homework to the children all night. So there is no such thing as "chicken flying dog jumping".

I didn't feel powerless because I said I was tutoring so many children, but I fell in love with the profession of teaching and this job.

I think everyone is human. Those children see me busy giving them homework, and they are all writing carefully. Everyone is immersed in doing their homework. That's why I love this job.

A few days later, I started a homework tutorial class myself.

At first, there were only three children in the class. These three children are students in Grade One, Grade Four and Grade Five respectively. I clearly remember the first-grade children, whose handwriting is poor and their study habits are not good. I taught him to write, and he would roll on the ground. This really overwhelmed me.

After doing homework tutoring for so many years, I found a phenomenon that the more children you tutor, the busier your work, and the more serious those children will study. On the contrary, when there are not many people in the class, they don't listen to discipline and go against you.

This may be like the reason why there are so many children at home, but you don't have to worry. If there is only one child, it will be very troublesome.

Maybe when there are many students, everyone is studying hard and wants to finish it quickly, and then the teacher corrects it, so they can go home early. With fewer people, they have no pressure, and then they can't write well.

Tutoring homework for so many years, when there are many people every semester, every day is like a war. Just correcting and explaining homework to students, a few hours passed as soon as I looked up, and the evening passed very quickly. Day after day, month after month, year after year.

In recent years, I have been thinking about students every day, the problems they have in their studies and how to improve their academic performance. I have never had a sense of anxiety. If I have, I want to teach my children problems in an easy-to-understand way. There is no feeling of "chicken flying dog jumping" at all.

This may be the difference between professional homework teachers and parents. I suggest that, if conditions permit, I send my children to the homework tutorial class, find a responsible homework tutorial class teacher, cultivate their good study habits and create a good learning atmosphere for them.
