Regulations of Fire Protection Law on Central Control Room

This is the fire control room management and emergency procedures in the Notice on Implementing the Fire Control Room Management and Emergency Procedures (Gong Xiao [2008] No.273) issued by the Fire Department of the Ministry of Public Security. The details are as follows:

(a) the fire control room must be manned 24 hours a day, and each shift shall not be less than 2 people.

(2) The daily management of the fire control room shall conform to the relevant requirements of Maintenance and Management of Building Fire Control Facilities (GA587).

(3) The fire control room shall ensure that the automatic fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system are in normal working condition.

(four) the fire control room shall ensure that the fire water storage facilities such as high-level fire water tank, fire water tank and barometric water tank have sufficient water; Ensure that the valves on the fire pump outlet pipeline and the automatic sprinkler system pipeline are always open; Ensure that the switch of power distribution cabinet of fire-fighting electrical equipment such as fire pump, smoke exhaust fan and fire shutter is in the automatic (on) position.

(5) After receiving the fire alarm, the fire control room must immediately confirm it in the fastest way.

(6) After confirming the fire, the fire control room must immediately turn the fire alarm linkage control switch to the automatic state (unless it is in the automatic state), and at the same time dial the "1 19" fire alarm telephone.

(seven) the fire control room must immediately start the internal fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan, and report to the person in charge of the unit at the same time.
