The crime of using a cult organization refers to the act of organizing and using a cult organization to carry out activities that endanger society and should be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Law. Those who organize and make use of cult organizations to undermine the implementation of state laws and administrative regulations or deceive others, thus causing death, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years, if the circumstances are especially serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years. Those who organize and use religious sects or cults to rape women and defraud property shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of rape and fraud respectively.
