You can set the incoming number to an empty number, so that others will prompt the empty number when dialing your number. Setting this number as call forwarding will not affect the SMS reception of this number. You can log in to Unicom online business hall/home page > do business > call forwarding number setting.

If you don't want to answer other people's calls, you can also download the software and set the other person's number directly to the blacklist.
