How to deal with the prompt that Win10 cannot log in to Battle.net 2413 when running Battle.net

If you encounter the problem of being unable to log in to Battle.net in win10 system, you can first restart the modem (that is, the modem), and then restart the router. After restarting, wait for about 5 minutes and try again! If the problem persists, follow the steps below to fix it.

Step 1: Clean the hosts file. Customizing hosts may cause network problems. Please delete the C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file. The default hosts file will be generated after restarting the computer.

Step 2: Turn off offline work.

1. The firewall or router needs to allow unlimited connections on TCP ports 1119 and 3724. You can find help configuring your firewall and router in Firewall Related Settings. Please note that these are only recommended settings. Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase cannot assist in configuring firewalls, routers, or network configurations.

2. Please try to uninstall all firewall applications on your computer.

3. If you are using a wireless network, please try to use a physical connection.

4. Remove the router from your Internet connection (via a modem directly connected to your computer). This will allow you to identify whether your firewall or router is causing the connection issue. If this is the reason, please consult the documentation from the networking product or contact the manufacturer for further assistance in setting it up correctly.

Step 5: IP release, update, and clear DNS:

Hold the Windows X button on the desktop.

Select Command Prompt (Administrator)

Enter: ipconfig/release

Wait for a few seconds to get a response that the IP address has been released.

Enter: ipconfig/renew

Wait a few seconds to get a response that the IP address has been re-established.

Enter: ipconfig/flushdns

Close the command console window and try to play the game.
