After graduating from Suzhou University with a master's degree in archival science in 2008, she applied to work in the former Nanjing Military Region Archives. This year is her 14th year.

Some people say that enthusiasm may fade, but love will not. If Dong Weiqin came to the army with her novelty and enthusiasm for the military, then she decided to set up the army archives with no regrets at the beginning of 2014, which has already merged into an eternal love for her career. Once, Dong Weiqin accidentally saw a news article in "Modern Express" that the cemetery where a martyr was located was facing relocation, but the local authorities could not find the relatives of the martyr, and the work was temporarily in a dilemma. After Dong Weiqin learned about it, he immediately looked through a large number of archives and records. The hard work paid off, and the martyr's file was finally discovered from clues, and his relatives were found after several twists and turns. In the end, the martyr's soul returned to his hometown to comfort his relatives.

In Dong Weiqin’s office, a thick stack of thank-you letters and several banners seemed to tell the stories behind her sincere efforts to search for files for retired officers and soldiers and help them solve their treatment problems.

As the backbone of the archives management business, Dong Weiqin has gone to the army five times since 2018 to inspect and guide archives work. However, after joining the army, he felt that the management was strict, there were many restrictions, and the work was monotonous, some of which were related to fighting. I can't say anything or get involved in the matter, and psychologically I regard myself as an "outsider", a "second-class citizen", and a "fiddler."

In an exchange, Gong Xiaohua listened to the war zone chief saying that civilian personnel "do noble things together with noble people." It was difficult to understand this sentence at first, but it was not until Gong Xiaohua participated in the major security exercise that he had a deep understanding of it.

During the exercise, the target image map needs to be plotted. After receiving the task, Gong Xiaohua and his colleagues went into retreat for a month and worked overtime continuously. Without software instructions, they completed the production of more than 100 target surveying and mapping images according to the thick operating specifications, and innovatively used 3D technology to print the ship. There are more than 1,000 machine models to ensure the smooth progress of the exercise. At the end of the exercise, Gong Xiaohua hugged everyone tightly and shed tears of victory. 4. Wu Yingjiao: Give full play to her professional expertise

5. Wang Yanan: Treat your career as a career

Yang Chuanhou clearly remembers the confusion he felt when he applied for project approval for the first time, the anxiety he felt when he organized the first bidding meeting, and the embarrassment he felt when he was responsible for construction management for the first time...
