Why is there no sound in the text message after my mobile phone is updated?

If there is no message prompt tone when receiving SMS, it is suggested that:

1. Try to reset SMS: Info-Menu-Settings-Notification Check, and select ringtone.

2. Check whether the phone is turned on in silent mode, and pull down the top curtain to turn the sound green.

3. SMS-Menu-Settings-Notification-Check.

4. Set the mobile phone notification volume.

5. Try to replace other built-in system ringtones.

6. Please back up the data (contacts, text messages, pictures, etc. ) in your phone, and then restore the factory settings.
