Introduction: Built in 1926, facing east and west, it has a civil structure, a bucket-type wooden frame, and is suspended on the top of the mountain. In 1934, more than 2,000 soldiers from the Ninth Corps of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army stationed in Sanmin Township to carry out revolutionary activities. During this period, the headquarters of the Ninth Red Army was located in Guangyutang, where leaders such as Army Commander Luo Binghui, Political Commissar Cai Shufan, Chief of Staff Guo Tianming, and Director of the Political Department Huang Huoqing lived, worked, and directed battles. Regiment commander Luo Binghui personally presided over a mass meeting and called on the peasant masses to rise up and make revolution, fight local tyrants, divide the fields, organize peasant associations and Red Guards, and expand the Soviet area. With the help of the Ninth Red Army, the Sanmin Township Soviet Government was established. Lin Yinghuo served as the chairman of the township Soviet government. The township Soviet government at that time was established in Guangyu Hall.
