20 10 I joined the civil service with honor. Just out of school, full of passion, dreaming of becoming a pillar of the country, writing the glory of life with regretless youth. However, on the day of registration, my dream was shattered by the simple environment of the unit, and I was lost and confused. The township leader showed me the environment and asked the director of justice to let me learn from him. At that time, I thought, what can a college student learn from a person who is about to retire and has a low education? However, with the increase of contact, my idea has changed: for the harmony and tranquility of the people, the director eats and lives in the unit all the year round, and there are no holidays. He rode two bicycles and a motorcycle, and he was seen in every village in the township. When people see him, they will unconsciously give a thumbs-up and say "Hello, Lao Zhang". The director suffers from chronic nephritis, but still sticks to his post for 2 1 year. Now, he is nearing retirement, but he is still full of energy and willing to give. He told me that it was his greatest happiness to see the satisfied smile on the faces of ordinary people after resolving contradictions.

I think this kind of dedication and service for the people is something I will learn all my life. As we all know, Xiaoying Township has a developed mining economy with an annual income of nearly 800 million yuan. However, contradictions and disputes between village-run enterprises and private enterprises are increasingly prominent. As a fresh graduate with little work experience, how easy is it to do mass work in mining areas? In order to enter the role as soon as possible, I strengthened my theoretical knowledge study and seized every opportunity to go to the village. On the one hand, I strengthened my understanding of the village conditions and people's feelings, on the other hand, I learned the methods and skills of leadership.

Over the past year, no matter whether it is cold in winter or hot in summer, as long as the masses have demands and need to petition, I will accompany them, on the one hand, to ensure their travel safety, on the other hand, to guide them correctly, and the county, urban area, provincial capital and capital have left my footprints. I don't know how many times I walked in the rain while ordinary people were asleep. I was misunderstood by the masses and almost appeared in danger on the road several times. But for these, I have no regrets, which not only can't stop my enterprising courage, but also can inspire me to do a good job in mass work. But how can notarization truly serve the people? I remember once, a middle-aged woman came with her daughter to ask for inheritance notarization. It turns out that this lady's husband died in a car accident not long ago, leaving a house. The mother and daughter claim inheritance. After knowing the situation, we patiently told her-1-

Experts explained the relevant provisions of China's inheritance law, told them that apart from their mother and daughter, if the deceased's parents are still alive, they also have the right to inherit, and asked them to issue a certificate of kinship of the deceased in the unit where the deceased was alive. The next day, the mother and daughter came with proof of kinship, but the time of death of the deceased's parents on the certificate was vague. To be prudent, we went to the deceased's residence for many times to find out the situation, and finally verified that the deceased's mother was still alive and working in a rural area of our county. I didn't know that she had the right to inherit her son's property. Later, through the coordinated efforts of our office, the deceased mother finally got a property discount of more than 40,000 yuan. We are sincerely pleased with this result, because we deeply know that the law should only protect the interests of all people. Imagine, if the notary is not careful or careless in the examination process, who will protect the rights of this unfortunate rural mother? How can we maintain social order if we political and legal workers can't act strictly according to law?

Through this experience, I deeply realized that whether we can really "care for the masses" in the process of notarization activities depends on whether we can use the law well in practical work and protect the legitimate interests of the people to the maximum extent. At the same time, as a political and legal worker, we should not only have rich professional knowledge and practical experience, correctly understand and apply the law, but also have a heart of "thinking about what the parties think and being anxious about what the parties are anxious about".
