From February 7 to mid-April, 2011, 1,492 drought-resistant wells were completed in the emergency drought-relief water search and drilling work, with a total drilling footage of 184,000 meters. It is a real people's livelihood project and a people's support project. The daily water output of the drought-resistant well reaches 879,000 cubic meters, which can irrigate 278,000 acres of farmland, solving the water problem of 709,800 people and 517,000 large livestock in severely drought-prone areas of Shandong Province, and making outstanding contributions to the province's drought relief work. The emergency drought-fighting water-finding and well-drilling operation has greatly enhanced the image of the party, the government and the land and resources management department. It has been well received by the whole province and fully affirmed by the main leaders of the provincial party committee and the provincial government. 3. Survey and evaluation of shallow geothermal energy in Weifang City

According to the spirit of the instructions of the Ministry of Land and Resources, Weifang In line with the purpose of vigorously promoting clean energy, actively supporting the development of local heat pump enterprises, and enthusiastically responding to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, the municipal government decided to carry out a survey of shallow geothermal energy resources within the urban construction area of ????Weifang City, and included the project in the list of A key urban construction project in Weifang City. The project investigation work adopts comprehensive exploration technology methods, using geothermal geological survey, drilling (Figure 6), borehole temperature measurement, ground temperature measurement, pumping test, recharge test, on-site thermal response test, geophysical, thermophysical parameter test, Through water quality analysis and other means, the conditions for the occurrence of shallow geothermal energy resources in the work area have been basically identified, and a large amount of basic data has been obtained. The project results are of great significance for the rational development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Weifang City, and have greatly promoted the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy in Weifang City. The Weifang Municipal Government vigorously promotes the development and utilization of shallow geothermal energy through various means such as TV stations, radio stations, newspapers, and the Internet. It uses a series of activities such as "Low Carbon Energy-Saving Community Evaluation" to clearly support and vigorously promote ground source heat pump systems, and implements every square meter Different levels of subsidies have been provided, and special funds for energy conservation have been established. 3. Strengthen environmental management and improve the living environment

At the same time, 1,910 acres of land were consolidated and reclaimed, resulting in good environmental, social and economic benefits.

3. Eliminate hidden dangers and carry out geological disaster management in Yanchi Mountain

Yanchi Mountain is the most serious geological threat in Shandong Province Disaster hazard points.
