Is the post stability allowance paid to employees?

Job security subsidies are not directly paid to employees. Post-stabilization subsidy is a subsidy provided to enterprises in order to stabilize employees and reduce layoffs or not. If there is no objection to the publicity, the municipal finance department will allocate the total amount of subsidy funds to the municipal social insurance handling center according to the determined amount of enterprise subsidies in the city. Municipal enterprises are directly allocated to enterprise accounts by the municipal social security center, and county-level enterprises are allocated to county-level unemployment insurance agencies by the municipal social security center. County-level unemployment insurance agencies timely transfer subsidy funds to enterprise accounts at one time.
