Therefore, according to the learning characteristics of several students with learning difficulties in the sixth grade Chinese subject, I have been trying to find better solutions to help them gradually improve their interest in learning, establish the direction of counseling, increase counseling time and make detailed help plans. Through patient and meticulous help and education and the help of gifted students, students with learning difficulties have made obvious progress.

First, analysis of the formation of students with learning difficulties

Teachers can often find hidden problems behind students with learning difficulties, which requires us to find out the reasons for their learning difficulties through observation and take targeted educational measures to help them. Through the understanding and communication between students themselves and their parents, it is found that students' poor grasp of basic knowledge, fear of learning and lack of parents' attention and guidance are the main reasons for their learning disabilities. Under the catalysis of these reasons, students gradually lose interest in learning, and even lack the consciousness and consciousness of active learning.

First of all, master students' psychology and prescribe the right medicine. Because they lost confidence in their studies, they came up with the idea of "breaking the jar and breaking the fall", so I usually pay attention to understanding the situation of every student with learning difficulties, and don't treat them as a burden, contempt or connivance; At the same time, control your emotions in time, don't be angry, impatient, and sarcastic, so as not to aggravate opposing emotions. Try to find the bright spots in students, praise and encourage them more, and enhance their self-motivation.

Second, point out practical goals for students with learning difficulties, lower the threshold and stimulate interest. On the basis of a comprehensive understanding of each student with learning difficulties, relax the requirements, set short-term and long-term learning goals for them, and regularly check or timely modify the progress, so that students with learning difficulties can more easily complete their learning tasks, easily master the knowledge that suits their actual situation, and stimulate their learning motivation.

Third, establish a "one-on-one" mutual learning group for students. I set up a "one-on-one" support group between gifted students and students with learning difficulties, so that students with learning difficulties can choose to pair up, and top students can help students with learning difficulties to solve problems, review the past and learn new things, help students with learning difficulties to remove obstacles and overcome their negative and fear of difficulties. At the same time, when preparing lessons, I also designed some questions that can be answered in line with the actual level of students with learning difficulties, so that they can actively participate in classroom learning. ?

Third, the effect of helping students with learning difficulties.

Teachers should approach students attentively, understand students' mastery of knowledge by themselves, fill in knowledge loopholes in time, and use their spare time for one-on-one special counseling. After such a semester's help, the academic performance of several students with learning difficulties in the class has been greatly improved, the basic knowledge has been mastered more firmly, and the degree of participation in the class has also improved. They even raised their hands to answer questions and dared to challenge themselves. Excellent students have also deepened their understanding of knowledge with the help of mutual help groups. Students not only found loopholes and filled gaps, but also gained friendship in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. Whenever children make progress, I will reward them in time with the help of language and small prizes to help them ignite new learning hopes and motivation.

Teachers should have students with learning difficulties in mind, but we can't make them permanent. It is my duty and obligation as a teacher to keep confidence in students at all times and try my best to help them with counseling.
