Through this internship, I am not only familiar with the main products produced by our company, but also understand the production technology of main products such as connecting rings and circular chains. I also learned the knowledge of electrical equipment operation technology management that I couldn't learn in school, increased my practical experience and enhanced my hands-on ability. During the workshop internship, under the careful guidance of workshop instructors Master Wang and Master Zhang, I learned that professional and technical personnel not only need a serious and responsible working attitude, but also need to cultivate their own spirit of strict discipline, unified organization and coordination. During my internship, I got an overall understanding of the production process by observing the one-stop assembly line, and tried to combine theory with practice, work with study, and enterprise with individual, so as to continuously improve my independent working ability and thinking ability.

Second, the company profile

Xxx Co., Ltd. is currently one of the largest professional manufacturers of chains and connecting rings in China. Among them, 18*64 mining high-strength circular chain won the highest national award-silver award, and it is the designated manufacturer of mining high-strength circular chain and connecting ring in the former Ministry of Coal.

Third, the internship content

20xx 65438 worked as an intern in xxxxx Co., Ltd. on February 9th. After three days of basic training and assessment, I was assigned to chain workshop and anchor chain workshop for internship. Before the workshop practice began, I also received the necessary safety production knowledge training. In the process of workshop practice, I try my best to understand the operation process of the company and use what I have learned flexibly.

1, safety education

The purpose of safety education is to strengthen the supervision and management of production safety, prevent and reduce accidents in production safety, ensure the safety of people's lives and property, and promote economic development. Understand the safety concept of Henan Coal Chemical Group-starting from scratch, striving for zero, safety policy-safety first, prevention first, comprehensive management and the safety production goal of Hemei Company-zero accidents in safety production. Through safety education, I understand that it is necessary to strictly abide by the safety production rules and regulations and operating procedures of the unit, obey management, and correctly cooperate with and use labor protection articles, not only to do? Three doesn't hurt? 、? Three don't produce? It is also necessary to be able to deal with accidents in time and accurately.

2. Internship process

During my internship in the chain workshop, I learned and understood the production technical data of the main products in this workshop, including drawings of various technical standards and parameters, specifications of special equipment, etc. Familiar with basic operation methods such as workshop production organization management and salary entry. The chain workshop mainly produces high-strength circular chain for mining, and its production process is divided into: cutting, winding, welding, thermal deburring, primary stretching, heat treatment, secondary stretching, inspection, bundling, packaging and painting, and acceptance and warehousing. In the process of production, I realized that we should not only produce products with standardized quality, but more importantly, we should always put personal safety first. While doing my job well, I actively do the work that needs me, such as classifying chains with Master Wang, which makes me basically familiar with the sizes and models of various chains and enhances my interpersonal skills.

During my internship in the anchor chain workshop, I learned about the production of Unit 5 in the workshop. The production process of 26*92 ore chain includes blanking, heating, chain knitting, welding, deburring, primary drawing, heat treatment and intensified drawing, and it is also familiar with the basic requirements of each process in the production process. Under the careful guidance of Mr. Zhang, I have further deepened my understanding of my major and constantly applied what I have learned to practice. Basically, I can write a simple program with a programmer.

3. Other activities

During my internship, I not only tried to do my job well, but also actively participated in the internal activities of the company in my spare time, which deepened my understanding of the internal personnel of the company and adjusted my mentality, so that I could face the difficulties calmly.
