The meaning of fire shutter

Fire shutter refers to the shutter that can meet the requirements of fire stability and fire integrity in a certain period of time together with the frame. Fire shutter is a movable fire separation facility, which is usually rolled up and placed in the rotating shaft box at the upper opening of doors and windows, and then released and unfolded in case of fire to prevent the fire from spreading from the opening of doors and windows.

(1) Installation position of the fire shutter Generally, the installation position of the fire shutter includes the front room of the fire elevator, around the escalator, the opening position where the atrium communicates with the walkways, lobbies and rooms on all floors, and the position where the fire separation facilities need to be set instead of the firewall. The fire shutter is set at the entrance of the fire partition in the building, which can form a door curtain or fire partition. In case of fire, the shutter can be lowered to a certain point according to the instructions of the fire control room and detector or manual operation on site, and the water curtain can supply water synchronously (the compound shutter can be provided without water curtain). After receiving the landing signal, descend in one step, and then descend in two steps to achieve the purpose of emergency evacuation, isolation of smoke and fire in the disaster area and control of fire spread.

Now some buildings have installed fire-proof side shutters. This kind of shutter door is the same as the general fireproof shutter door except that it opens horizontally.

(2) The electric fire shutter door consists of shutter door, roller, bracket, guide rail and control mechanism. The whole assembly includes operation balancer, automatic closing mechanism, metal cover, curtain plate and other components encapsulated in the drum. Curtains can block fireworks and hot air.

Fire shutter doors can be divided into light shutter doors and heavy shutter doors according to the thickness of shutter doors, and heavy shutter doors are generally suitable for firewalls or fire partitions.

Fire shutter can be divided into ordinary steel fire shutter and composite steel fire shutter according to louver structure. The former is made of a single steel plate; The latter is made of double-layer steel plate with heat insulation material in the middle.
