In order to further improve the recruitment of college students in the spring of 20021to consolidate and improve the quality of recruitment, the Organization Department of Weifang Municipal Committee, the Editorial Office, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Veterans Affairs Bureau and the Recruitment Office jointly issued "Six Measures on Further Strengthening the Recruitment of College Students" to help college students recruit.

Measures 1

College graduates open up a green channel in the whole process of enlistment, and physical examination and political examination are preferred. Give priority to "double qualified" physical examination and political examination, and give priority to use.

Measure 2

Since 20021,college graduates who joined the army from Weifang have been given a one-time enlistment bonus. If college graduates from other places or other cities apply for returning to Weifang, they will be given one-time accommodation, transportation and other application subsidies.

Measure 3

According to the unified deployment of the whole province, when the recruitment and training system of political and legal police officers is reformed, not less than 20% of the places should be used for the examination of retired college students' soldiers; Full-time people's armed cadres should take out no less than 50% of the places for the assessment of retired college students, soldiers and other retired soldiers.

College graduates and soldiers who have served in the army for more than 5 years can apply for the orientation examination positions of in-service grassroots project personnel and enjoy the orientation examination plan for civil servants of in-service grassroots project personnel.

Measure 5

College student soldiers who joined the army from Weifang City or met the conditions for receiving and resettling in our city will participate in open recruitment in public institutions after retirement and implement targeted recruitment. The specific measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the provinces and municipalities on open recruitment of public institutions. The number of recruits is generally determined according to 10% of the number of comprehensive positions in cities, counties and institutions.

Measure 6

College student soldiers who have been incorporated into civil servants and institutions retain their identity and administrative establishment, and their organizational and administrative relations are transferred to each other. Service time should be included in the length of service and working years at the grassroots level.
