The environmental temperature of liquor storage should not exceed 30℃, and the ideal storage temperature is about 15-20℃, which can better promote liquor aging. When the temperature is high, alcohol is volatile and easy to "overflow"; When the temperature is too low, the molecular activity of wine body decreases, which is not conducive to physical and chemical changes. At the same time, in order to prevent the temperature difference from changing too much, maintaining a constant temperature is very important for the storage of alcohol.

A small amount of air should be allowed to circulate in the storage space of liquor, so as to avoid rancid smell in the storage space, which will be very unfavorable to the taste of liquor. If there is a wine cellar, you can install an exhaust fan in it. At the same time, the strong pungent smell will also affect the quality of wine, so keep away from paints, mothballs, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, foods with pungent smell and anything that emits pungent smell.
