How to make children improve their quality of life to a higher level under possible conditions requires stimulating children's interest in reading and cultivating their reading habits. Children have a natural thirst for knowledge, so guidance is very important. In order to further stimulate students' enthusiasm for reading, increase students' knowledge and truly create a rich "scholarly campus". Our school has carried out the reading activity of "bathing in books and growing up with wisdom". Our class is also actively involved in this reading activity. "Create a scholarly class and let good books accompany students." Under the guidance of the new reading concept of making the class elegant, and combined with the actual situation of our class, the following work has been effectively carried out:

1. Make an orderly plan:

In order to ensure the orderly and effective reading activities in the class, our class made a reading activity plan according to the actual situation at the beginning of the activity. Do it one step at a time, purposefully, step by step and effectively.

Second, actively mobilize and stimulate interest in reading:

At the beginning of implementing the reading plan, I held a reading mobilization class meeting with the theme of "I read, I am happy" in my class. At the class meeting, the students introduced the good books they had read and told about the many benefits that reading brought to them. The students also enthusiastically took the stage to show the whole class some good words, sentences and fragments extracted from their reading. In the class meeting with the theme of "I read, I am happy", the students realized more deeply the endless fun brought by "books".

Third, create a reading atmosphere:

Class atmosphere is also a language, a unique form of communication to convey information, which contains great potential educational significance. With the active cooperation of Chinese teachers, we should try our best to read a good book-teachers and students work together to read a book, finish reading and understand it; Do one thing well-teachers lead students to read a book intensively and write a post-reading feeling well; Set a good example-set a good example of reading and practice a reading spirit.

1. Make good use of the school reading room: the school library provides students with a large number of rich and high-quality books. Every Tuesday at noon, students in our class can borrow books from the library at the specified time for students to choose freely and read independently.

2. Set up a class book corner: mainly donated by students, plus books purchased by the school for each class, the number of books in our class has reached more than 1 this semester, involving human history, astronomy and geography, fairy tales and cartoons. In order to improve the circulation rate of class books, manage them effectively, and formulate the class book lending system, Haan Lee, a student with strong work responsibility, is specially appointed as a librarian in the class, who is responsible for keeping records of students' daily borrowing and returning, as well as updating, exchanging and supplementing books.

3. Publish a good blackboard newspaper and arrange a learning garden. The class blackboard newspaper team, composed of Ma Meiying, Wang Yingrui, Zhan Mingyu and Liu Qing, plans to exhibit the contents about reading in stages. The learning garden is also often updated with students' feelings after reading.

3. Make sure the reading time is good. In order to carry out reading activities in an orderly manner, I have carefully formulated a reading plan for the "scholarly class". In the plan, in order to ensure students' reading time, students are arranged to arrive at school for half an hour at noon every day. Every Friday afternoon, the first two classes are fixed as the time for students to read extracurricular books freely, and the third class is the time for students to read and communicate. Every Wednesday and Friday is the time for students to borrow and return books.

Third, cultivate students' reading habits

1. Make a recommended bibliography for students. Through the investigation of children and parents, I understand the reading interests and actual needs of contemporary children. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards and the physical and mental health, knowledge and experience of middle-grade students, I list corresponding recommended books for students to choose to read every month, and carry out "good book recommendation" activities in the class, so that students can recommend their favorite books to everyone, state the reasons for recommendation, and let students influence each other to form the habit of choosing good books.

2. Advocate orderly reading and quantitative management. In order to make children's reading develop sustainably, I actively advocate orderly reading and quantitative management. I set a minimum reading of 6, words per semester for the children, reciting no less than 2 poems and writing no less than 5 books. It also puts forward some suggestions for students to choose from in reading genre, subject matter, bibliography progress, time and plan arrangement, and asks children to make a reading plan and ask them to read step by step as planned.

3. Guide students to accumulate in reading. In order to create an atmosphere of scholarly classes and cultivate students' good reading habits, students and I have formulated a class reading slogan of "I read, I am happy", and held regular reading report activities to let students talk about their reading gains and feelings, guide students to accumulate in reading and insist on writing reading notes. And establish a reading file card, so that students can decorate their reading cards in their favorite ways and cultivate their good reading interest. Show good works for everyone to enjoy and get inspiration.

Third, teach students how to read

"It is better to teach them to fish than to teach them to fish." Teaching students concise and practical reading methods is the key to doing well in reading activities. This semester, I not only told students the importance of reading, but also focused on students' reading methods. This semester, I specially took a reading instruction class in my class to strengthen the guidance of students' reading methods. I collected some stories of famous people reading from the Internet and told them to students, and then guided them to read their own famous reading sayings, so that they could understand that reading should be selective, extensive, good at squeezing time, and good at thinking and questioning. On this basis, I combine a fairy tale that students like to guide students how to start reading. My specific approach is:

1. Tell students to have a self-reading outline in mind when reading: for example, what do you think when you see the topic? What do you know after reading? What else do you want to know? ③ What other questions do you not understand? Students are required to be aware of these problems.

2. Focus on strengthening the method of "no pen and ink, no reading": ① Circle outline: record your opinions and feelings, or love, or hate, or doubt, or thinking when reading in a book with relevant symbols. ② Annotation: Write your own opinions and feelings beside the article. You can comment on the exquisiteness of wording and sentence making, write your own understanding, experience and feelings, and talk about different opinions on the same issue or the associations caused by it.

in addition to a good reading instruction class, I also took a reading recommendation class and a reading communication class respectively. In the recommendation class, I recommended an Italian award-winning work "Education of Love" to students. The whole novel incorporates all the greatest loves in the world: the love of teachers, the love of students, the love of parents, the love of children, and the love of classmates ... so that students can be educated by love in reading. At the same time, it also made recommendations between students, which stimulated students' interest in reading more books.

I often teach students the truth: "You exchange a little knowledge, I exchange a little knowledge, and a person knows a lot." In reading activities, I ask students to communicate in different forms. In the communication class, students "tell", "perform" and "comment" on the fables they have read. Everyone speaks freely. After one class, they still feel that they are still unfinished, which fully arouses their interest in reading fables and further forms the habit of reading fables.

Fourth, actively carry out reading practice and exhibition activities

1. Carry out reading activities: This semester, I actively organized story meetings, reading experience exchange meetings, poetry competitions, language paradise competitions and so on in my class. Hold a "story meeting" to let students tell stories they have gained through reading; Hold a reading experience exchange meeting, so that students can recommend some good books they have read to other students and make progress together; Hold a "poetry contest" and carry out a variety of ancient poetry recitation competitions such as ancient poetry solitaire. In the process of reading activities, try to provide students with various opportunities to use knowledge in time to expand their skills and improve their Chinese literacy.

2. Writing reading notes: The school has always advocated the habit of not reading without moving pen and ink, so I asked each student to prepare a reading note for extracting good sentences and passages, writing reading outlines and writing experiences. The exhibition and evaluation of reading notes is held once a month, which sets up a model of outstanding students and becomes the basis for the selection of "reading stars".

3. Building a reading file card: Let each student make a reading card to show their talents, and write the reading motto, books I have read, poems I wrote down, my reading gains and so on. Through demonstration and appraisal, students' interest in making reading file cards is further stimulated.

4. Publishing a reading tabloid: With the help of teachers or parents, students collect information about reading, newspapers and periodicals, aphorisms and reading experiences, etc., and publish a "reading tabloid" once a month, and the class regularly organizes the whole class to visit and evaluate. At the same time, it also actively responded to the school's call for students to make some beautiful bookmarks. During the activity, students showed their magical powers, and many beautiful works appeared, which also fully demonstrated their talents.

5. Second-hand book flea market: Let students bring books that are idle at home or that they have read to school, and exchange them with other students in the class or even in the grade, so that they can enjoy the resources.

6. Hold a variety of reading activities in the class meeting: the performance of the textbook drama, so that students can deeply understand what they have read through the performance. In the "Story King" competition, let the children express what they have seen orally. "Composition Competition" allows children to express their feelings in writing. In addition, there are "reading exchanges" and "celebrity reading stories". Let students fully feel the fun of reading in the activities.

7. Wonderful 5 minutes: Every day, 5 minutes before Chinese class is the time for students to take turns to go to the podium to introduce their reading gains. They can tell a story, joke, scientific knowledge or talk about their favorite books. After that, the teacher should add some comments, expand some relevant knowledge, pay attention to refining the reading methods of the students, or make some suggestions to inspire students to read further.

5. Create a good reading atmosphere at home

Our class actively carries out the reading activity of "small hands holding hands, reading the same book", and introduces the family into the actions of loving books, enjoying reading, loving mother tongue and enjoying classics. In order to gain the support of parents, at the beginning of the semester, I sent the plan to create a scholarly class and a scholarly family to parents with a letter to parents, which won the active support and cooperation of parents, created a good family reading atmosphere for children, and made the school and the family form a joint force. * * * provided excellent conditions for children's reading activities and expanded the space for reading activities.

This semester, my class carried out the reading activity of "I read, I am happy", which achieved certain results on the whole. Every child felt the happiness brought to them by extracurricular reading to varying degrees, and achieved the activity purpose of "enjoying reading and being a happy reader". In the whole reading activity, the students swam freely in the sea of books, constantly absorbed knowledge and achieved fruitful results. Students' writing level has been improved to a certain extent, and their knowledge has also been expanded. For example, Haan Lee, Lu Junjie, Zhao Yujia and other students won "Reading Stars" in the "Holiday Reading Activities" competition held by the school. Fu Xing was named "Linghuiwa" for reciting ancient poems. Ma Suqin and other six students won the first, second and third prizes in the reading contest. There are also titles such as "Reading Linghuiwa" and "Reading Little Champion".

Through activities, students' interest in reading has been greatly improved. Now, at the break, students can get used to picking up books and reading with relish, and they can also actively participate in activities organized by the school, such as reading contest, story-telling contest, handwritten newspaper contest, reading notes appraisal, reading star appraisal and so on. In the grade appraisal, reading notes in our class won the first good result. The activity of "Scholarly Class" has achieved remarkable results in our class. Many students have read books with high taste, made a lot of reading notes, and written their reading experience with a certain depth, and the effect is obvious.
