First, create a good English learning atmosphere

The so-called English learning environment means that students see, hear and speak English as much as possible. For example, warning signs, placards and billboards on campus are bilingual in English and Chinese; The name of the equipment in the playground is bilingual; The class schedule, class rules and famous sayings in the classroom are bilingual and so on.

Second, use more inspiring language, praise more and criticize less
