Where is Luoyang, yongji city?

Luoyang is in the southeast of Yongji.

Luoyang, formerly known as Luo Jing, Luoyang, Yanzhen, Luozhou and Henan Province, is located in the west of Henan and the middle reaches of the Yellow River. It is named because it is located in the sun of Luohe. It is one of the first historical and cultural cities in the State Council and an important industrial city in the central region.
