I am a night owl, and I often shout the slogan of "going to bed early", but only a handful of times I really do it. On the afternoon of April 5th 12: 08, I received a message from the leader (Director Zhang) telling me that he had entered the isolation point (he was the section chief of the isolation point) and asked me to give him the computer power cord on his desk the next morning. He lived in the quarantine bureau unprepared, because he got the news that the quarantine bureau would receive a group of foreign quarantine personnel on the afternoon of April 5. I am in a hurry to send him a charger. When I was about to leave the next morning, I found my electric car was dead, so I charged it at home. During this period, Director Zhang called me and told me that my superiors had arranged for me to work in the isolation point and asked me to pack my things and change clothes. On weekdays, I also participated in the inspection of epidemic prevention and control with other colleagues, and the work of going to the isolation point was unexpected. The interval from determining the isolation point to informing the isolated personnel of the arrival time can be said to be extremely short. After receiving the news, my leader immediately checked into the isolation point and arranged related work before the isolation personnel arrived. I took part in the work immediately after reporting for duty. The staff at the isolation point are basically in place. Although there are some temporary adjustments, it will not affect the overall work.

First of all, according to the instructions of the superior documents, arrange the work in groups reasonably. We divide the work of about 45 staff members in the isolation point into groups, including stationmaster, sense control supervisor, technical supervisor, health observation team, disinfection team, medical waste disposal team, logistics support team, safety protection team, guiding and transshipment team, information liaison team, humanistic care team, reception team, food delivery team and service personnel in the work area, so that each staff member has clear job responsibilities and tasks. This is a crucial link in the isolation work, which involves the contact between the staff and the isolated person and the disinfection of the articles carried by the isolated person. The specific work arrangement includes: setting up 2m interval lines (stations); The medical staff take turns to lead the isolated personnel to stay indoors, so as to reduce the stay time in the polluted area by not going back; Disinfection group personnel disinfect the personal belongings and environment of the isolated personnel; Do a good job in information collection of isolated personnel. In addition, check the preparation of the isolation room. The isolation personnel should be isolated in the room for half a month, so before moving in, the equipment and epidemic prevention control materials in the room should be ready. First, invite experts from the CDC to check and accept the isolation site and rectify the places where the notification is not in place; Second, disinfection materials, thermometers, notices, etc. Whether the indoor environment is in place, and whether the epidemic prevention and control measures for vents, central air conditioning vents and sewers are in place; Third, the safety inspection is in place, that is, the installation of window limiters, whether all door magnets are in place, and fire control facilities; Fourth, check the TV, plug, faucet, shower, electric kettle and other hardware facilities in the room to ensure normal use. Fourth, the work plan of on-site disinfection and waste disposal after the isolation personnel check in. In the disinfection of places, disinfection water with different proportions and concentrations is used in different environments and disinfected once a day; Disinfect the polluted corridor in time and detect the residual chlorine content in the air; Disinfect the toilet in isolation room once a day, with 2 effervescent tablets each time. The generated medical wastes and domestic garbage are collected and treated regularly by the staff of the medical waste disposal group every day, transported to the garbage storage point in time, and the garbage weight is counted. Put a bucket in the garbage parking place to solve the problem of no running water (special case). The fifth is to check the reserve of prevention and control materials at supplementary isolation points. Count the quantity of prevention and control materials in existing reserves and submit the application for materials that need to be supplemented; Regularly disinfect the material storage point with ultraviolet rays. Sixth, humanistic care. Each isolation room is equipped with local special gift packages, snacks and fruits, and some newspapers and magazines are placed to improve the speed of wireless network and try to provide a comfortable isolation environment for isolated personnel. Seventh, arrange personnel to do the reception work at the reception desk. The reception desk accepts the phone calls of the staff of the isolated person and gives timely feedback on the needs of the isolated person. Medical staff and staff establish good contact and provide help and services. In addition to the above aspects, as an information liaison, it is also necessary to assist in the production of "check-in guide cards" and floor room distribution maps (streamline maps to guide isolated people). Other liaison officers are responsible for establishing WeChat groups and going to various floors for investigation.

After getting up at 7 o'clock in the morning on April 6, I immediately printed out the work plan and personnel division table that I had finished the night before. Busy time always passes quickly. At about 6: 30, the leader received a phone call saying that he was going to a meeting. In this way, we are hungry and hurried to the meeting. On the way, Zhang received a phone call, and the superior leader came to inspect the isolation point, so he turned around and went back to the isolation point. I took a taxi to the meeting with another staff member. On the way, he asked me why our unit took the lead in isolation. Under normal circumstances, the CDC and the Health and Health Commission are responsible for the isolation work, and the preliminary work needs a person with good organizational skills to carry out, so the main leaders of various parts will also be called in charge. The worst thing is to let medical staff with front-line work experience serve as isolation points. Of course, this is another story.

In order to solve this problem, the relevant departments put forward the method of serial escort. Decision-making and solving practical problems are not just talk, so to be a good baton, you must have a high level of cognition, a comprehensive view of problems (think what others think, don't think about it), strong decision-making ability, problem-solving ability, and organizational leadership ability. The epidemic prevention and control headquarters proposed a group of isolated personnel on the 7 th to prepare for everyone. I got a call from the leader asking if the meeting was over and told me to come back early. After the meeting, I told him that I would go home and buy some daily necessities, and he asked me to bring him something to eat.

It's nearly 23 o'clock when I got back to the isolation point, and finally I had a hot dinner. Near 0 o'clock, I was called to work-to revise the personnel division table. After I simply adjusted the form, Director Zhang asked me to help him delete his name. At that time, I was still confused! Later, when I heard that he had handed over the work to someone else, I realized that we were leaving here. I came here with big bags and small bags, ready to be isolated here for more than ten days, but many things couldn't keep up with the changes, so I had to obey the arrangement of my superiors.
