How to become a pop-up book?

The steps to pop up a book are as follows:

1. Fold a piece of solid paper. You can choose 23cm x 30cm drawing paper, or you can use any size of card paper, newspaper or scrapbook paper. Cut two parallel horizontal lines in the center of the paper. The two incisions are about 5 cm long and 2.5 cm apart, forming a tab.

2. Draw an illustration. You can draw illustrations and color them on another piece of drawing paper or card paper. You can also cut photos from photos or magazines, or recycle them from old picture books and paste them on stronger card paper.

3. Make more pages as needed, fold and cut the paper as above, make the pages you need, and write the text until the end of the story. Turn pages one by one, and write or paste words at the bottom of each page. Connect them together and a beautiful pop-up book is finished.
