Dengzhou City TV Station has been established for more than 25 years and is the county-level TV station in Henan Province. The first TV station set the record for the start of grassroots television. The main channel covers a population of 3 million, and the broadcast time is 6:00-24:00 throughout the day. The cable station has 6 self-organized columns. There are 7 subordinate departments, including the interview department, our department, and the advertising department, with a total of 29 staff members. Featured brands. "Dengzhou News" has developed from one announcer for many years to now two groups of male and female broadcasters. Significantly improved. The radio station has made a leap from recording to live broadcasting. It broadcasts 17 hours a day and its rich programs keep listeners refreshed.

IV. Main contents of the internship

Since the Dengzhou TV station where I did my internship is a county-level TV station, although it has achieved long-term development in recent years, its scale is still small. The TV station is divided into seven departments, including the interview department, our department, and the advertising department. In fact, the division of labor is not so clear. Except for the producers of fixed columns, ordinary reporters usually take on the tasks of interviewing, editing, and news video production. , all of them are all-round talents. In addition, I am not from a professional background, so I am very unfamiliar with various tasks in the TV station, and it takes a process to become proficient. Therefore, as an intern, I do not have a fixed job title. As a mobile operator in the station, I am always on call and can go wherever I need to go.

The entire internship process is the process of me becoming familiar with various tasks in the TV station. As the internship days go by, my work content gradually deepens from the periphery, and finally comes into contact with the core work of the entire TV station. Evening news production.

All internship content can be classified into four categories:

News collection, writing of post-production manuscripts for out-of-town interviews, and proofreading to participate in the recording of the Dengzhou Spring Festival Gala

(1) Outbound interviews

During the 20 days of the entire internship period, I *** followed 4 outbound interview tasks, three of which were concentrated in the first half of the internship. The reporter who took me was named Xiao. Since he was only 6 years older than me, I usually called him Brother Xiao.

The first interview was on the second day after I started my internship. I followed Brother Xiao to Dusi Town for filming. I shot a promotional video for Dusi Town to help it improve the image of the town and attract more investment. Attract investment projects to increase farmers’ income. Dusi is the abbreviation of Dusi, the military institution of the Yuan Dynasty. It was an important military place in the Yuan Dynasty, and this name has been used as a place name since then. Dusi Town is located at the junction of Henan and Hubei provinces. Provincial highways and railways all bypass the town, resulting in inconvenient transportation and relatively lagging economic development compared with other towns. At nearly 11 o'clock, we arrived at Dusi Town, read the town's brochure, and after discussion, we identified nearly 20 places that needed to be videotaped. We planned to shoot first and then add the commentary back to the station. We ran around the town for several hours. By 6pm, we still had three or four places to go, but it was getting dark, so we had to wait until later to catch up on the shots.

The second interview was conducted in conjunction with the 2012 Dengzhou City Outstanding Party Member Selection event organized by the Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department. Brother Xiao was going to interview the marketing management of the Urban Power Supply Branch of Dengzhou City Electric Power Bureau. Comrade Wu Yongsheng, director of the center. What we need to shoot is the scenes of Comrade Wu Yongsheng’s daily work. Wu Yongsheng needs to go to two public institutions and one enterprise today to conduct daily safety hazard inspections to ensure the safety of electricity use during the Chinese New Year. Different from the last interview, this time I was mainly responsible for handing the microphone and recording the interviewer’s information. During the interview, I found that Comrade Wu Yongsheng is proficient in business and can quickly provide solutions to problems raised by company leaders. However, when he faces the camera, he is very nervous, which is completely opposite to his calmness at work. I somewhat understand why he is an outstanding party member candidate. He works conscientiously, avoids exaggeration, and achieves a great career in an ordinary position.

The third interview was conducted in the hospital. It was a fight caused by a minor traffic accident. A Toyota had a scrape with an electric car. The two car owners had a heated argument on the road, so they were taken to a nearby police station for correction. Unexpectedly, the two people actually fought in the police station, and bloodshed occurred. The police officer in charge could only take the two people to the hospital for treatment. This incident coincides with the recent traffic safety education work carried out by the city, so we mainly conducted interviews with the traffic police and civilian police comrades responsible for the incident. Let them talk about some matters about paying attention to road traffic safety, and also make brief comments on the quality of citizens. After our interview mission was completed, the police comrades were still trying to mediate with the two people. After talking earnestly for a long time, their attitudes eased, and finally they reached a reconciliation. In life, you will always encounter friction with others. Take a step back and leave some room for yourself and the other person.

The last interview took place in the last week of my internship. This time I went to Nanyang Yibao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. on the outskirts of the city for an interview. In recent years, our city has built an economic development zone in the east of the city, and has achieved good results in attracting investment in the past few years. The Yibao company interviewed this time is a major taxpayer in our city. Through the interview with this company, we will promote our city's economic development zone and build momentum for further investment promotion. Although it was the tenth day of the first lunar month, the factory was already in full swing, which surprised me. It seemed that the benefits were indeed very good. Yibao Company is mainly responsible for the processing of various well-known beverages. The latest processing is the herbal tea Wanglaoji. The Spring Festival is a small peak period for herbal tea sales, so the factory resumed production on the fifth day of the Lunar New Year. We interviewed Mr. Zhang, assistant general manager of the medical insurance company. He briefly introduced the company to us and mentioned the government’s preferential policies in taxation, factory construction, etc. My last interview mission was also successfully completed.

In these four interviews, my tasks included the following aspects:

1. Preparation work before shooting, recording the content to be shot, and preparing spare batteries and tripods and other tools; 2. Auxiliary work during the shooting process, such as making boards, recording information about interviewees, passing microphones, asking questions to interviewees, etc.;

3. Finishing work after the interview, organizing the interview The text recorded during the process and the relevant information provided by the interviewees will be handed over to reporter Xiao.

(2) The auxiliary work when making videos in Taili

The auxiliary work when making videos runs through my entire internship process. The main work content is to add subtitles to the videos. This job can be regarded as the simplest in the entire video production process. After two contacts, I have been able to complete this job skillfully.

Adding subtitles to a video is mainly divided into two stages:

In the first stage, watch the video and record the text, and organize the text into a word document. Since many of the interviewees for the news are ordinary citizens or farmers, Mandarin is not popular in my city. I have to convert many dialect words into Mandarin expressions and how to accurately express the meaning of dialects in written language. Coming out really cost me a lot of brainpower.

In the second stage, use the video processing software AfterEffects to paste the text into a special production box. The difficulty of this work lies in the determination of the timeline. The time when the subtitles appear and the length of time they appear must be accurate. This requires repeatedly proofreading the synchronization of the video and subtitles. This is a job that requires patience and is a bit boring, but it taught me a skill.

(3) Writing and proofreading of manuscripts

During the internship, most of the writing work I was exposed to was about proofreading and printing manuscripts. I only wrote alone near the end of the internship period. a news article.

Proofreading and printing manuscripts mainly involves proofreading and modifying the news written by reporters for typos, and reprinting our modified documents.

A piece of news I wrote by myself is related to giving love. I got the video of the interview, asked the reporter in charge for some background information, and started my idea. Zhao, a girl from a poor family, suffered from lupus erythematosus, but her illness was delayed because she was unable to receive treatment. After another girl, Wang, learned about her situation, she appealed to the society to donate money to Zhao. It turned out that Wang had suffered from sepsis before, and she was unable to receive treatment but was finally cured through donations from all walks of life. Therefore, this time Wang took the initiative to contact Zhao and asked several companies for help. So two companies took the lead and conducted a large-scale fundraising event in the Municipal People's Park. At the donation site, Wang told the citizens passing by about his experience, and called on the general public to make donations. Zhao's mother and sister held two donation boxes and accepted donations from the general public. The scene was very touching. I named the title of the news Relay of Love, Warming the Cold Winter, and then I wrote it according to the time, place, and events. The process went very smoothly. After it was completed, he took it to me for revision. He deleted some content and modified some words, and finally completed the news. Although this news is not long, it is the first news I have completed alone, and it is still very meaningful.

(4) Participating in the recording of the Dengzhou City Spring Festival Gala

Participating in the recording of the Dengzhou City Spring Festival Gala was an unexpected experience during my internship, and it was also my most unforgettable experience. From the preparation for recording the Spring Festival Gala to the official recording, it took 4 days. It was not a long time, but it was an extremely busy 4 days. During the two days of preparation work, although several of our interns wanted to help, we were afraid that our unfamiliarity with the business would cause more trouble, so we discussed it and dispersed it into several offices so that each office could There can be one or two handymen.

The office I work in is responsible for the compilation of host speeches and some manuscripts, so my job is to proofread typos, print the manuscripts, take the manuscripts to Director Liu who is in charge of the TV station for review, and then print out the revised manuscripts. Sometimes I also participate in some discussions on word selection. It is worth mentioning that I added the subtitles to the video of the mayor sending New Year greetings to the people of the city that will be played on the big screen during the Spring Festival Gala.

The two days of rehearsal and official recording of the Spring Festival Gala were basically physical work. It takes a long time to pack up the equipment, transport it to the People's Theater, and set up the equipment. On the day of recording, a group of more than 20 of us carried 7 or 8 equipment boxes of various sizes and rushed to the recording location. After the equipment was assembled, it was almost 5 pm. Another intern and I were sent to buy dinner. Due to time constraints, we only bought some convenient food such as bread and milk. The party officially starts at 19:30, and an intern should be on standby next to each camera to prevent unattended situations in case of emergencies. I was assigned to the boom right next to the stage. Since the crane occupies a large area and often swings widely to capture panoramic views, one of my main tasks is to prevent some audience members from approaching the crane on the right side of the stage. Throughout the party, I changed the batteries of two cameras, and even went outside to report an emergency: a cameraman's headset suddenly stopped receiving sound. Tu Honggang, who appeared at the finale of the party, aroused the excitement of the audience. Many viewers wanted to use the swing arm to reach the stage to have close contact with the star. I no longer care about watching celebrities, so I can only stop them one by one. Since the audio equipment was right in front, I could only yell as loud as I could. By the time the party was over, my head was pounding and my voice was hoarse. The party ended around 9:30, and by the time we finished packing up the equipment, it was almost 11 o'clock. Although I am very tired, when I see the video I participated in the production being broadcast on the big screen, the joy and pride in my heart are difficult to express in words. All the hard work is worth it!

5. Internship Summary and experience

(1) Internship summary

During the internship period which lasted for more than one month, my official working days were 20 days. During these 20 days, I always kept in mind my identity as a Chongqing University student, worked hard, and worked hard to learn all kinds of knowledge about the TV station. From knowing nothing about TV station work to now being able to complete work tasks independently, the cordial care of the leaders in the station and the generous teachings from my colleagues have given me a lot of help, allowing me to learn a lot in a short internship period. knowledge and skills. The enthusiasm of my colleagues for their active work also infected me, making me realize that as a TV station, I am worthy of pride, because our work is truly serving the people. At the same time, through internship, I also discovered my own shortcomings. The first is that when working, I am not proactive enough. I always wait for tasks instead of taking the initiative to get tasks. Secondly, when interacting with others, I am not very open-minded and cannot immediately integrate into the new environment and group. These are things I have to overcome in my future work, and I will work hard to make up for these shortcomings.

(2) Internship experience

1. The experience of going to Dusi Town for an interview for the first time left me with a lot of feelings. The person who received us was a woman who was responsible for publicity in the town. , family planning, women's work and other aspects of work. She drove us around town in her van. It was my first time to contact a grassroots cadre. I saw her walking on the country road and saying hello to many aunts and uncles. Everyone seemed to know her very well. I can feel her responsibility at work, and I also understand that if grassroots cadres want to do a good job, they must be integrated with the masses. This interview also allowed me to truly feel the changes in the countryside. I went into a greenhouse to take pictures of flowers, stood on the roof to take pictures of farmed pheasants, and walked into Hope Primary School and was surrounded by primary school students. These are so different from the rural areas where I grew up. It turns out that the rural changes broadcast on the news are not fake. What I saw and heard confirmed that these changes are real.

2. No matter what position you are in, you must love what you do and work hard, and you will always be able to achieve some results.

The unit where I interned this time did not match my major. At first, I thought that this job would allow me to have more contact with society and give me more training. Facts have proved that it has indeed given me a great challenge, but challenge means being able to learn more. This internship made me realize that the job I find in the future may not have much to do with my major, but as long as you work hard in this position, you can always find some interesting work. And this job is also very likely to develop abilities that you didn't expect and open up a broader space for your career.

3. There is no end to learning. Having a job does not mean the stagnation of learning. On the contrary, only continuous learning can do a better job. My internship at the TV station was a process in which I continued to learn knowledge and skills. For example, adding subtitles required me to learn to use AfterEffects software. Before the internship, I would never have imagined learning to operate video processing software, and I had no motivation to learn. But when I came to the TV station, I only had to keep learning to integrate myself into the group and gain everyone's recognition. Live and learn until you are old. Only by constantly learning and enriching yourself in the workplace can you get more opportunities and achieve career success.

In short, although the internship time was short, it basically achieved the original internship purpose. This is a rich and fulfilling internship. I have completed a successful social practice. I believe this internship will also be of great help to my job search.

Part 2

As a qualified college student, you must not only work hard to learn theoretical knowledge related to your major in school and complete the required professional level, but you must also apply the theoretical knowledge you have learned. Knowledge and social practice are organically combined, and truth and self-test are experienced in practice. With this enthusiasm and persistence, I came to Fuling TV Station, my internship place.

From July 9 to August 11, XX, I interned at xxx TV station for a full month. During the internship, I not only learned how to apply professional knowledge into practice, and mastered and understood knowledge that I could not learn in school. More importantly, through this internship, I greatly improved my communication skills and increased my ability to communicate. social experience.

First of all, let me talk about my understanding at the professional level.

In just one month, I participated in the planning, writing and post-production of more than ten issues of the "xxx" and "xxx" columns in the TV program department. During this period, I gained a deeper understanding of column planning, writing, and post-production.

1. Planning. Planning is the key to every program, and planning is also the hardest thing to do. It requires planners and directors to carefully calculate, change, study, and discuss the positioning, content, and form of the program before it is truly released. Because planning is equivalent to the bottom layer of the pyramid, it is the foundation and the most important layer. Any program must be completed based on the planning made in the early stage. It can be seen that the success of any program depends on whether it is a good one. planning.

2. Shooting. Originally, I thought about photography very simply, thinking that the quality of a lens was only related to the technical level of a cameraman. In fact, it is not the case. The quality of the shooting method is of course related to the technical level of a cameraman, but the content conveyed in the picture not only requires the cameraman to have good shooting skills, but more importantly, he must have the ability to conceive pictures and capture shots on the spot. If the cameraman does not have this ability, then a large amount of the material captured will be ordinary. Without the outstanding pictures, no matter how good I am, I can only produce an ordinary program.

3. Writing. Copywriting is the job I did the most during my internship, so I have a deep understanding of it. First of all, I learned the basic patterns of TV program writing, and also learned how to write more relevant and in-depth stories. When I was writing the first one or two episodes of the program, the manuscript I wrote had big holes, and the editor and director used very little of my manuscript. However, after the teacher's guidance, my writing ability has been greatly improved in the subsequent issues of writing, and I have also received praise from the teacher. Therefore, most of the content of my manuscript has been recognized and adopted by the director and program director. .

4. Post-production. Compared with the previous items, although I have relatively less hands-on practice, after a month of internship and learning to think about the post-production of my teachers, I feel that post-production is still easy. It mainly depends on whether my technical skills are deep. . Fortunately, the theoretical knowledge and practical abilities of post-production that I learned in school can be freely applied to program production, and for this reason, I received praise from my teacher.

Secondly, let’s talk about some of my other gains in social practice.

1. Be sincere in treating others. Stepping into the program department office, I saw only a few unfamiliar faces. I smiled and greeted them. From that day on, I developed a habit of smiling and saying good morning or good morning every morning when I see them. That is a sincere greeting from the bottom of my heart. I always feel that there are often subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a gentle greeting, but it expresses care for colleagues and friends, and also makes others feel valued and cared for. In just a few days, I got to know my brothers, sisters, and teachers at the TV station, and it never happened that my heart became transparent. I think it was my sincerity that gained their trust.

2. Be good at communicating with others. Communication is an important skill and ability that must be used skillfully at all times. To get to know someone, you must first remember their name. To understand a person requires in-depth communication. And you have to take the initiative to do these. Because once people enter society, they will be integrated into the social group. People work together to do things, making the process of doing things more harmonious and getting twice the result with half the effort. You must listen to the opinions given to you by others, accept them patiently and humbly.

3. Enthusiasm makes us passionate about work and willing to strive for the same goal; patience makes us treat work meticulously, strive to do every detail well, and strive for excellence. Only when passion and patience complement each other can the most beautiful sparks be created and work can be achieved. My confidence impressed the reporters and teachers who led me. They all trusted me and were willing to assign work to me. Therefore, I realized that no matter where I go, as long as I have the confidence I deserve, no matter who I am, I will be favored and impressed by that confidence.

Finally, I would like to summarize the shortcomings I have shown in social practice.

As a good director or media person, you must have a profound cultural heritage and literary skills. From my writing, my shallow cultural background was exposed, and I also felt that my literary skills were weak. Therefore, I must step up efforts to enrich cultural knowledge and literary writing skills, and keep ink in my belly so that I can use it at any time.

At the same time, what I still lack is innovation. I continue to work hard to explore and adhere to the concept of innovation. Innovation is the source of power, and only innovation can lead to development. For example, being able to break away from routine and complete work in an innovative way at work will not only gain time for work and improve work efficiency, but also win recognition and praise from leaders or colleagues. For example, when discussing a topic or writing a research report, if you can use unique thinking to come up with new ideas, new perspectives, and new methods, this will be very beneficial to your personal development.

After reading the paper, I finally realize it, but I know that I have to do it in detail. This social practice not only allowed me to find the combination of theory and practice, learn and master knowledge that I could not learn in school, but also taught me how to integrate into society and interact with others. It has not only increased my knowledge, broadened my horizons, but also increased my practical ability and enriched my life experience. This will be my most valuable asset in society. At the same time, I would also like to thank the station director for giving me this opportunity to intern at the TV station. I would also like to thank everyone at the TV station who has helped me. They have taught me the knowledge and life principles that I lack. The short one-month internship period made me deeply understand the value of knowledge. In the days to come, I will give full play to my abilities, show myself, be positive, and work hard to make progress!
