In 2012, with the promotion of the township party committee and government, the Luojiadu Community located in the Hetou Group of our village was officially put into use. A township community was set up on the first floor of the community. The "Women and Children's Home" is a position for publicizing policies, a classroom for disseminating knowledge, a link for transmitting information, a window for connecting and serving women, and a platform for displaying women's style. As the women's director of xx Village, I have the honor to become the director and clerk of the Women and Children's Home of Luojiadu Community. During the construction of the "Women and Children's Home", the Women's Federation of our township used activities to enhance the attraction of the "Women and Children's Home", promote people's livelihood, enhance the affinity of the "Women and Children's Home", and focus on services to enhance the cohesion of the "Women and Children's Home", so that ?Women and Children's Home? demonstrates the unique charm of serving women and children.

In the work of xx revitalization and development, "three-provisions" work, and the reconstruction of dilapidated adobe houses in rural areas, I actively took the lead and led the masses to participate. When encountering problems, I was the first to find solutions and the first to solve conflicts. One stepped forward to resolve it. Especially in the renovation work of dilapidated adobe houses, all aspects of site selection and house construction are complicated, and some minor frictions will inevitably occur. I helped resolve 5 neighborhood conflicts in centralized construction sites. In 2012, our village successfully completed the annual work plan for the reconstruction of dilapidated adobe houses. 50 adobe houses were demolished, allowing 50 farmers to happily move into new houses in centralized construction sites before the Spring Festival in 2013. After the Spring Festival, The villagers in the township were full of admiration for the "new hometown".

Nowadays, as long as it doesn't rain, every evening, I lead the sisters from the village's Women's Cultural and Sports Promotion Team to dance happily on the stage of the Harmony Garden next to the large community. The "Women and Children's Home" attracts and unites villagers.

I assist the Township Women's Federation to rely on the "Women and Children's Home" to help women in need in the area apply for small subsidized loans to help them achieve entrepreneurship and employment. Two women from the xx group and the Laiwu group in our village have solved their life difficulties by running their own family workshops through the "Women and Children's Home" support services, and also laid the foundation for their entrepreneurial dreams. Nowadays, left-behind women are employed at home, some are wearing magnetic rings, and some are making handmade jewelry. Some left-behind women even have a monthly income of more than 2,000 yuan.

Provide health services for women in the jurisdiction and organize women to undergo an annual physical examination and "two cancer" examinations. Provide appropriate treatment and assistance to sick and poor women. City and county medical institutions and county family planning service stations go to the countryside every year to pick up rural women for free physical examinations. As a women's director, I go door to door to inform women in the jurisdiction and lead them to physical examinations in batches to prevent and treat diseases. disease to ensure the health of women and family harmony within the jurisdiction.

Rural women generally have low academic qualifications and narrow knowledge. In order to enrich the spiritual life of rural women, I propose that the Township Women’s Federation carry out activities such as building five good civilized families and safe families, and invite professional teachers to enter the field of women and children.
