Safety regulations for lifting operations?
1. 1 lifting operation
Use lifting equipment such as bridge crane, gantry crane, tower crane, truck crane and elevator for operation.
1.2 spreader and rigging
Auxiliary devices of lifting equipment, such as wire rope, pulley, grommet, balancer, pin, hanging hole, tire and hook, etc.
1.3 standard load capacity of lifting equipment
The maximum lifting capacity indicated by the manufacturer is related to the length and radius of the boom.
1.4 lifting weight
In cargo lifting, the maximum total weight of cargo and all lifting equipment at the top of the boom.
1.5 working radius
The distance between the vertical line of the cargo center and the rotation center of the boom.
1.6 boom angle
The angle between the horizontal straight line and the upper part of the pulley central shaft passing through the hinge pin of the boom.
1.7 leg
An extendable fixed arm is used to increase the stability or load capacity of lifting equipment.
2 Classification of lifting operations
According to the quality of lifting heavy objects, lifting operation is divided into three grades:
A) The weight of the heavy objects hoisted in one hoisting operation is greater than100t; ;
B) The mass of the lifting weight in the secondary lifting operation is greater than or equal to 40t and less than or equal to100t; ;
C) The mass of the lifting weight in the three-stage lifting operation is less than 40t.
3 Safety management requirements for lifting operation
3. 1 Conduct daily inspection, monthly inspection and annual inspection of lifting machinery and tools according to national standards. Overhaul the lifting machinery and tools found in the inspection, and keep the maintenance files.
3.2 Lifting operators (lifting commanders, cable operators, lifting machinery operators) shall hold valid operation certificates of special operators before engaging in lifting operation command and operation.
3.3 The person in charge of hoisting operation shall formulate the hoisting operation plan, construction safety measures and emergency rescue plan, which shall be implemented after being approved by the plant (department) director of the equipment (territory). The plan shall at least include the following contents:
A) Type and manufacturer of crane;
B) the length of the boom;
C) Angle of boom;
D) Operating radius range;
E) the weight of the goods;
F) Specifications, dimensions and center of gravity of the goods;
G) Support (fixed) points for lifting;
H) various obstacles in the process of ascension;
I) Types of cranes and rigging required for lifting.
3.4 For hoisting operations above Grade III, a hoisting operation plan shall be prepared. Although the mass of the hoisted object is less than 40t, it has complex shape, small stiffness, large length-diameter ratio, high precision and high cost. Under special working conditions, the hoisting operation plan should be prepared and approved.
3.5 When two or more lifting machines are used to lift the same heavy object, the lifting and operation should be carried out simultaneously; The load borne by each lifting machine shall not exceed 80% of its rated lifting capacity.
4 Safety inspection before hoisting operation
4. 1 The competent operation department confirms the qualifications of personnel engaged in command and operation.
4.2 Relevant safety matters shall be discussed and the implementation of safety measures shall be confirmed.
4.3 The person in charge of the lifting operation unit shall conduct safety inspection and confirmation on the lifting machinery and slings to ensure that they are in good condition.
4.4 When using automobile lifting machinery, the lifting operation unit must confirm that the automobile fire cover is installed.
4.5 The equipment management department shall check the safety status of the hoisting area (including the delimitation, identification and obstacles of the hoisting area). Set up a warning line in the warning area, set up safety warning signs at the hoisting site, and assign special personnel to supervise. Non-operating personnel are not allowed to enter.
4.6 The person in charge of the hoisting unit shall verify the weather conditions at the construction site. When outdoor operations encounter heavy snow, heavy rain, fog and strong winds of magnitude 6 or above, lifting operations shall not be arranged.
4.7 When driving the crane into a certain area, the situation of the ground and underground soil should be estimated first, so as to ensure the stability of the crane without damaging underground facilities or injuring people.
4.8 It is forbidden to use pipes, pipe racks, poles and electromechanical equipment as hoisting anchor points. Without the audit and accounting of relevant professional and technical personnel, buildings and structures shall not be used as anchor points.
4.9 Ensure that the safety bolt and safety tongue of crane hook are in good condition and used correctly.

5 Safety measures in hoisting operation
5. 1 Safety warning signs should be set up at the hoisting site, and special personnel should be assigned for supervision. Non-operators are forbidden to enter. Safety warning signs shall comply with the provisions of Safety Signs and Their Instructions for Use (GB2894).
5.2 Lifting operation should not be carried out near transmission lines. When it is really necessary to work near the transmission line, the safe distance of the hoisting machinery should be greater than the collapse radius of the hoisting machinery, and meet the requirements of the Code for Safe Work in Electric Power Industry (DL409); If it cannot be met, it should be operated after the power supply is cut off. If there are equipment and pipelines containing dangerous substances in the hoisting place, a detailed hoisting scheme should be formulated and effective protection measures should be taken for the equipment and pipelines. If necessary, stop the vehicle, empty the material, and carry out lifting operation after replacement.
5.3 When there is heavy snow, heavy rain, heavy fog and gale of magnitude 6 or above, outdoor operation should not be carried out.
5.4 Before operation, the operation unit shall check the hoisting machinery, slings, rigging and safety devices to ensure that they are in good condition.
5.5 The hoisting shall be carried out according to the specified load, and the rigging and rigging shall be selected and used after calculation, and the hoisting shall not be overloaded.
7.5.6 Pipes, pipe racks, poles and electromechanical equipment shall not be used as hoisting anchor points. Buildings and structures that have not been audited and accounted by civil engineering majors shall not be used as anchor points.
5.7 Before hoisting, try hoisting. During trial hoisting, check the stress of all machines, tools and ground anchors. If problems are found, put the lifted objects back to the ground. After troubleshooting, try hoisting again, and officially hoist it after confirming that it is normal.

5. 1 1 If the operator loses contact with the commander for any reason, the operator should immediately stop all operations until the contact is restored. It is best to contact through the following ways: visual contact, wired telephone, wireless walkie-talkie (the band of wireless walkie-talkie is different from any other band) and so on.
5. 12 ensure that there are no irrelevant personnel in the working area and crane activity area during cargo loading and unloading. You should also make sure that there are no people in the car and cab when the crane loads and unloads the truck.
5. 13 During the adjustment, lifting or crane movement (rotation) of cargo lifting, the horn shall be sounded for warning.
5. 14 During the whole operation, the swing of the goods can be controlled by the guide rope and the tractor, and it is forbidden to wind the guide rope around any part of the body.
