2. Actively carry out nucleic acid testing. Persons returning to Hunan from provinces where local cases have been reported must present proof of a negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before entering Hunan, take another nucleic acid test within 24 hours after arriving in Hunan, and monitor their health for 14 days. Before March 15, 2022, people entering and returning to Hunan from provinces with no local case reports must also present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours to enter Hunan. Those who enter Hunan for urgent matters can take a nucleic acid test after arriving in Hunan.
