Especially at present, there are still some outstanding contradictions and problems to be solved urgently, mainly: the number of enterprises is small, the volume is not large, there are not many major follow-up projects, strategic emerging industries are still being cultivated, and the foundation for accelerating development needs to be further consolidated; The supply contradiction of land and other resource elements is increasingly prominent; The deep-seated institutional obstacles that restrict scientific development still need to be removed vigorously; The government functions need to be further transformed, the work style is unreal, the service consciousness is indifferent, and formalism and bureaucracy still exist to varying degrees. In this regard, we will take more effective measures to solve it.
