7s model for explaining corporate culture terms

The origin of 7S management model: Thomas JPeters and Robert HWaterman, two scholars from McKinsey management consulting company, visited 62 best big companies with a long history in the United States in 1970s and 1980s, and selected 43 excellent model companies according to their profitability and growth rate, including leading enterprises in various industries such as IBM Texas Instruments, Hewlett-Packard McDonald's and Kodak DuPont. They conducted an in-depth investigation of these companies and discussed with professors in business schools to sum up their successful 7S model.
