Legal Analysis: UAV is forbidden to fly in high-speed railway station. No drones can be placed 500 meters along the high-speed rail. Civil drones flying in the reported airspace do not need the approval of the flight airspace and flight plan, but should be subject to the management of the reported airspace manager. Civil unmanned aerial vehicles fly in the self-flying airspace without the approval of the flight airspace and flight plan, but they shall not exceed the scope specified in the airspace, and shall fly within the driver's sight.

Legal basis: Article 27 of the Provisional Regulations on Flight Management of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. Without approval, micro unmanned aerial vehicles are prohibited from flying in the following airspace:

First, the airspace with a height of more than 50 meters;

Two, the air restricted area and its surrounding 2000 meters;

Three, the air danger zone and its surrounding 1000 meters;

Four, the airport, temporary landing point around and around 2000 meters;

Five, the national boundary, the boundary line to our side more than 2000 meters;

6. The military restricted zone and its surrounding area are more than 500 meters, and the military administrative zone, party and government organs at or above the municipal level (inclusive), supervision places and their surrounding areas are more than 100 meters;

Seven, radio observation station and its surrounding 3000 meters above, satellite ground stations (including measurement and control, ranging, receiving, navigation stations) and other electromagnetic environment facilities that need special protection and its surrounding 1000 meters above, meteorological radar station and its surrounding 500 meters above;

8. Large enterprises that produce and store inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, large warehouses and bases that store inflammable and important materials and their surroundings 100 meters, power plants, substations, gas stations and large stations, docks, ports, large-scale activity places and their surroundings 50 meters, high-speed railways and their two sides 100 meters, and ordinary railways and highways above the provincial level and their two sides 50 meters;

Nine, military aviation ultra-low altitude flight airspace.

The specific scope of the above-mentioned no-fly airspace for micro unmanned aerial vehicles shall be determined by the provincial people's government in conjunction with the war zone, and the municipal people's government with districts shall set up warning signs or disclose the corresponding scope. The design of warning signs shall be the responsibility of the competent civil aviation authorities in the State Council.
