Scenic spot planning is the basis for the protection, construction, management and utilization of scenic spots.

If it is really necessary to cut down, transplant or prune trees due to necessary forest transformation, tending and renewal and scenic spot construction, it shall be approved by the scenic area management Committee. Strictly control the environmental pollution in the scenic spots, and the air quality and water environment quality in the scenic spots should gradually reach the national functional zone standards.

(4) Hunting wild animals or fishing aquatic animals and plants without authorization;

(5) scribbling, scribbling and posting on the scenery;

(6) damaging public facilities such as sightseeing and services and other facilities;

(7) burning mountains, having picnics and other wild fires in the forest, discarding kindling, setting off fireworks, piling up inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, etc.;

(8) Smoking or throwing cigarette butts anywhere in the forest fire-forbidden area or during the forest fire prevention period, which is beyond the prescribed range?

The site selection, layout, height, volume, shape, style and color of the construction projects in the scenic area should be in harmony with the surrounding landscape and environment.

In line with the requirements of scenic spot planning, major construction projects with an area of over 3, square meters or a building area, the site selection shall be put forward by the scenic spot management committee in conjunction with the planning administrative department, approved by the Municipal People's Government, publicized to the public, deliberated and adopted by the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and submitted for approval according to the prescribed procedures before going through the relevant procedures for project establishment.

(4) set up outdoor facilities such as advertisements, publicity and indication signs. Illegal buildings (structures) in the scenic area shall be demolished.

the buildings (structures) temporarily reserved in the scenic area shall not be expanded, rebuilt or renovated. When the construction of scenic spots needs to be dismantled, it should be dismantled unconditionally.
