Justice delayed is not justice. This sentence is just a self-comfort for the weak, allowing them to still maintain hope in despair and wait for justice to save them. But they actually know that if justice is late, many things will be irreversible, so in the final analysis, this is just a self-deception.

We hope that justice is punctual and timely, and justice requires efficiency.
