The former, such as quarantine in markets or livestock markets, or quarantine in places of origin, is carried out in the course of trade, and its function is to avoid slaughtering sick animals, or to prevent sick animals from spreading pathogens during transit or transportation, resulting in infection in the original non-epidemic areas; The latter refers to the quarantine of consigned animals and their products by the transportation department, inspection of quarantine certificates issued by the place of origin, approval or disapproval of consignment, including railway, highway, aviation and port quarantine. In addition to the unified national regulations, the animal husbandry and veterinary departments of various provinces and cities may, from the actual situation, supplement certain infectious diseases as quarantine objects in their own regions and publish them among provinces. In addition, there are international parcel quarantine and transit quarantine. There are two main quarantine methods: one is to observe in isolation and judge according to clinical symptoms; One is laboratory diagnosis.
