As soon as the phone was connected yesterday, she said, elder sister, I will only talk to you for 10 minutes, so I won't take up your time. I said it doesn't matter, we are so familiar.

Then she shared with me the recent activities that she led the teachers' team and parents to do together, and implemented them according to the planning suggestions I gave before. It's very relaxed and efficient, and I'm also very happy, and my team partners are also brought into play. At the same time, it is an interesting process to finalize one of the links with me and what subtitles to use.

More interestingly, after the phone call, I was thinking that her performance at that time seemed to have changed. So I specially looked through the phone records, and it was controlled within 10 minutes, as evidenced by the picture.

I'm glad to see Yan changed. Many times, we give people advice, and the other person understands it, but it may not be implemented. Or execute it, but not necessarily immediately. Yan is an example, but although the proposal was adopted and not implemented at that time, I understand that it may be difficult to change at once because of inertia. But I believe she has thought about it, thought about the advice I gave her before, and confirmed that it is helpful, so she can act immediately.

Some people just talk and don't do things. They are "giants of language, dwarfs of action". Some people, not just talking, "actions speak louder than words", let people see that Ta is really working hard!
