What kind of experience will it be to meet a roommate with infinite humor?

This is a very uncomfortable experience.

I am a humorous person, and my former friends are as interesting as me, so no matter what I say, they can understand my story and be happy with them every day. But my roommate is a very boring person. I like to watch all kinds of jokes on the Internet, and I also like to collect a lot of funny jokes, but every time I tell my roommate something interesting I have seen, he looks indifferent, and most of the time he just barely smiles and ignores me.

My roommate doesn't have any hobbies either He goes to the library to do his homework every time after class, and stays in the dormitory after finishing his homework. I don't know what he is doing, but he doesn't seem to play with his mobile phone and never goes out to play. His activities are only in classrooms, libraries and dormitories. He doesn't go out to eat delicious food. He eats three meals a day in the canteen and only goes to one canteen at a time, because that canteen is the nearest. He doesn't seem particularly interested in anything, and he doesn't seem to have any desire.

I didn't make any other friends when I first entered the university. I especially want to find a friend to accompany me out, but I can't find him because he said he was not interested in the city.
