Where is the fun in Zhenjiang?
I want to go to Zhenjiang because I have accumulated too many things related to Zhenjiang while reading, so I want to see it. Actually, I don’t know what I want to see, so I put it off. I finally went there a few days ago, and I made a special trip. The transportation in Zhenjiang is very convenient. It is convenient to go there and you can leave at any time or go to surrounding tourist cities. Zhenjiang is not a big place, and the three mountains are not far apart. I spent one day sightseeing in Zhenjiang, which was enough time.
The famous attractions in Zhenjiang - the Three Mountains of Jingkou, namely Jinshan Mountain, Beigu Mountain and Jiaoshan Mountain are arranged along the river. The locals say that Jinshan Mountain is a mountain surrounded by temples, which means that you can only see the temple but not the mountain at the foot of the mountain. It's like the temple wraps up the mountain; Beigu Mountain is the temple's crown mountain, which is a hat that describes the temple as if it were a mountain; Jiaoshan is the mountain wrapping the temple, and you can only see the mountain but not the temple. The Three Mountains in Jingkou are famous for the Yangtze River. Unfortunately, due to the reduction of the Yangtze River water volume and the changes in its waterways, today we are no longer able to appreciate the magnificent scenery that has been described by countless literati. For example, Jiaoshan Mountain is known as "Floating Mountain". "Jade", I think this is partly because of the greenness of the mountain, but also a metaphor for its image in the vast Yangtze River. But this time when we climbed to the highest point of the three mountains, the Yangtze River in our eyes was just a gray water strip in the distance. It was too far away to see anything clearly. The Yangtze River and the Three Mountains are separated by a wide green belt composed of reeds or other plants, which is quite regrettable and desolate. I hired tour guides in Jinshan and Jiaoshan for 30 yuan each time. The tour guides were enthusiastic, dedicated, and explained very seriously. It was in Jinshan that the tour guide told me for the first time that Fahai of Jinshan Temple was an eminent monk and had nothing to do with Fahai in the Lei Feng Pagoda of Yongzhen, the well-known White Snake. However, the tour guide’s explanation also left me with a lot of regrets. The tour guide no longer talked about it, or rarely talked about the cultural, historical knowledge and myths and legends related to the scenic spots. There are so many poems related to the Three Mountains that have been passed down for thousands of years and are not mentioned at all. There are too many jokes in the tour guide, some of which are even boring.
After chatting with the tour guides, one of them said that there is nothing to see in Beigu Mountain, so you don’t need to go. I suggest you definitely go there. Not to mention the Ganlu Temple on Beigu Mountain, which has a large number of scenic spots and relics related to the story of the Three Kingdoms. Just by Xin Qiji’s poem "Nanxiangzi? Dengjingkou Beigu Pavilion You Huai", It is worth visiting, otherwise, it would be a pity that "how many things have happened through the ages, long and short. There is no end to the Yangtze River." There is no tour guide service on this mountain.
There are several places to see.
First, after visiting Jinshan Temple, you can take a boat to see the "No. 1 Spring in the World". If possible, it is best to take a hand-operated boat. , round trip is 30 yuan per person, the boat leaves immediately after purchasing the ticket, it takes about one hour. Since it was not a holiday, there were only two of us in the small boat that could seat 16 people. The person rocking the boat was a beautiful and cheerful girl. She was sitting at the stern of the boat, holding the oar rope in her left hand, and using a floral towel to support the oar in her right hand. She gently rocked the boat and the boat went away obediently. He talks about the scenic spots and legends softly, and answers all questions. You can see the whole view of Jinshan Temple on the water. After landing to see the "No. 1 Spring in the World", you can take the original boat back.
The second is the forest of steles in Jiaoshan, especially the "Inscription of Crane". However, you need to purchase additional tickets (2 yuan per person), but you can buy one ticket for several people in a group, and the staff will give you a detailed explanation, which is very informative. "The Crane Inscription" was originally a cliff stone carving on the plank road at the west foot of Jiaoshan Mountain in Zhenjiang. It is unknown when the rock collapsed and fell into the Yangtze River. During the Northern Song Dynasty, when the water was low in winter, someone found on the river beach that there were inscriptions on the collapsed rocks where the servant was lying. After identification, it was discovered that it was the "Inscription of the Crane". This is an inscription written by the ancients for the purpose of burying a crane. "痗" means burial. Because of its open and majestic character, it attracted people's attention. Some people began to imitate and spread it, and some even cut stones to pick out the characters. At that time, people had to wait until the water dried up and the rocks came out in winter to make rubbings of "The Inscription of the Crane". The person lay on his back in the stone gap and rubbed the vertebrae with his back, so it was very difficult. The number of words obtained varied.
The third is to take a closer look at the ancient fort on Jiaoshan Mountain.
Zhenjiang’s transportation and catering are very convenient, and the prices are not high. Zhenjiang’s noodles are also very good. I remember that there are three weird things about Zhenjiang’s diet, one of which is the "big pot with a lid". Just noodles. Zhenjiang Yanchunlou is a century-old restaurant, but its dishes have no special characteristics.
, I personally recommend sweet and sour gluten and steamed white fish~
After returning from traveling, I realized that there are no unique souvenirs in Zhenjiang. When counting various tickets, we found that the tickets for various attractions are also very different. It would be beneficial for local tourism managers to design and make each ticket into a tasteful souvenir. The instruction manual for Jiaoshan Forest of Steles is well designed, but unfortunately the lamination process is counterproductive. Although it is very bright, it does not harmonize with the feeling of calligraphy.
