Ordinary people change their minds easily, and their emotions are completely determined by the things around them. Such people are ups and downs in the sea of suffering, swaying in the wind and rain, unable to decide their own life direction, and completely restricted by various factors. Their eyes are only money and desire, even rough.

For ordinary people, there is no way. Buddhists say it's a career style, while Taoists say it's life, but it's not. If your mind is like a rock, let it rain or shine, and you are unmoved, this is what we want to pursue. Although the mood is good, some people may think it is more human, but this is not the case. The first thing we have to do is to cultivate our own hearts, and don't move for the office around us until you reach this point. Only when you make some progress can you reach the realm of mind transfer. Some people may not believe it, but western psychology has done some research in this regard. There is an old saying in China that birds of a feather flock together. If you have a good mood, all good things will follow you. This is the field of telepathy.

Second, everything is optimistic, with a casual attitude and true practice, and everything is empty.

This karma that Buddhists talk about is also very powerful. Although Taoism is unwilling to follow this karma, it is more important for Taoism that my life depends on my mentality. However, it is better to follow. A real man can let go, and when he's finished, he won't argue, he won't argue and do nothing. This is the highest state of doing things. Yin Fu Jing Yun: People know their gods, but they don't know their gods. This sentence is a complete authentication of inaction and non-contention. Inaction and non-contention are the' non-gods' in Yin Fujing, which is the source and highest realm of Tao. Zero and one created the computer world, and Yin and Yang created our world. Everything is a mirage, there is no need to cling to illusory things. Remember a word, heaven rewards diligence, and virtue can be achieved in the world. That's what it means. That's what happiness is.

Third, don't struggle, don't complain, complaining about people is the biggest sorrow, not the monk's mentality.

In modern society, nine out of ten people are worried about the sky. Why? If we are not satisfied with our mentality, our sorrow is greater than our death, and our sorrow is greater than our desire. Although desire is the driving force of our progress, we should not forget that our greatest pain also comes from Yuci, which is Tai Chi, with yin in the yin and yin in the yang, painful and happy. As the saying goes, the contented are always happy. The words are simple and the meaning is clear, but there is almost nothing that can really be done. This is that we have to rise and fall in the sea, we can't control our thoughts and let the industry destroy us. The ancient poem hit the nail on the head: running around all day is to be hungry, thinking about clothes when you are full, thinking about clothes when you are full, and wanting to be a beautiful wife.

Fourth, look down on life and death, look down on fate, look down on everything in the world, empty your mind, and finally Wukong.

It is also difficult to do this. Some people may look down on fate, but look down on life and death. Nothing can really be achieved unless those who are truly enlightened. Why do people live? 99.99% people are afraid of death. Maybe death is not as terrible as we thought, but no one knows. This is human nature, an empty mind, and finally Wukong. This is the goal of monks and everything.

It is a blessing to cultivate one's mind, cultivate one's religion, smell and realize the Tao. Look at the world with your heart and experience it with your heart, and you will feel different.
