They have never seen an old Italian film. There is an old movie called Work. In the 1950s, workers rushed to work in the morning, bought a cup of espresso in a coffee shop and drank it at one go. That action is not fashionable at all. You don't even enjoy it. It's like refueling a car.

I have never seen anyone drink a cup of tea for breakfast on an empty stomach in the morning, but I have seen many people drink a cup of coffee in the morning. Once in Weihai, Shandong, they asked me if I wanted to drink in the morning. I feel very different.

Coffee has developed greatly in China for twenty or thirty years, especially Starbucks, which has been flaunting fashion and has become a favorite drink and lifestyle for many young people. For example, young people in my advertising company like to buy a Starbucks in the morning.

Now, I buy a loaf of bread downstairs every day, and then go to the company to make a cup of coffee with the company coffee machine and add a little melamine cream. Anyway, I won't be stupid when I'm old, or I'll be stupid when I eat. It's ok.

I have been used to drinking coffee for more than ten years, and I also opened a coffee shop. The coffee beans selected in our store are much better than those of Starbucks. So I go to work in the company and won't buy Starbucks.

The company's coffee machine is ordinary, but it is also freshly brewed with roasted coffee beans. Just press a button. I prefer this to Starbucks.

Sometimes, my colleagues buy me Starbucks, and I explain that Starbucks is too expensive, so it's great not to spend money on company coffee.

Many people have asked me, "Does coffee have a future in China?"

Another classmate asked me, "Is there a market for decaffeinated coffee?"

My point is, in fact, China people still stay in fashion and lifestyle when drinking coffee. Foreigners are different. For foreigners, drinking coffee is a necessity, just like a car needs gasoline. Without oil, you can't drive.

It is the difference between just need and soft need. Drinking coffee for foreigners is a bit like drinking tea in China. Without this thing, the whole person will be bad and life will be impossible.

Do you know why? Because of history, foreign coffee has a history of hundreds of years, just like the tea culture in China for thousands of years. In China, although it was fashionable in Shanghai before liberation and coffee became popular, the coffee time of the vast majority of China people was in these twenty or thirty years.

Hundreds of years of life and decades of life are naturally different habits. In foreign countries, people drink coffee just like water. The most important thing is that they drink coffee every morning, just like we drink porridge in China in the morning.

So for me, drinking coffee is no different from filling the car with gas. Whether it's instant, Starbucks or top-notch, it's all coffee anyway, so I'm "full".

afternoon tea

I like western culture, but unlike foreigners, I come from China at heart.

So I drink tea in the afternoon.

I received a beautiful teapot on my wife's birthday. Its design is to integrate a teacup and a teapot. It looks like a teapot. Pick up the teapot. There is a cup under it. I'll take it to the company to drink.

By 4 or 5 o'clock, I will make some tea, no matter what kind of tea, black tea, green tea, Tieguanyin and Longjing.

In order to prevent the teapot from producing dirty tea stains, I take the teapot to the teahouse for careful cleaning before going to work every day.

Washing the teapot every day is one of my habits. I wash slowly and clean the cup holder carefully.
