The facetime interview was not as good as the previous interview. The interviewer asked a lot about personnel management, personnel Cultivation issues. I fainted immediately. The position I applied for was completely unmanned. I guess the interviewer was too busy and didn’t bring my resume with him. He just called me on time when the interview time came, but he could only ask these 300 interview questions. . Although I have supervisors in my current job, they are all simple assistants. It is very difficult to ensure that they will not resign casually, let alone train them in depth. I just gave a general answer afterwards, so I don’t feel good about it.

Fortunately, Apple has many interview participants, and they will not easily reject the candidate because of a relatively average interview.

After he answered it for me, he asked me what I thought about this challenge. It can be felt that they really hope to find someone who can not only solve the problem, but also have the courage to face the problems that Apple cannot solve in the short term

The fourth round of comprehensive! Eight people, leaders from different teams. Before the interview, I was reminded that the dress code is business casual. To be honest, I was very nervous this time. I have only experienced group interviews with 2-4 people before, and eight team leaders were really serious to you at the same time. It's a little bit crazy! Before the interview, I kept imagining whether they would bombard me with questions. It turns out that if your personality is pure, you should be a good fit for Apple. I'm not sure I can use the word pure to describe personality. What I want to express is that people at Apple really like their company, their products, and the team they work with. During the interview, you can feel that they have a really good relationship and they dare to make cold jokes to each other. . . .

I really don't see this in many companies. The teams in many companies have a superficial sense of superiority and inferiority. The boss says something that is not funny, and the subordinates cater to it casually. The whole atmosphere is indescribably stiff
