I didn't know the store was closed, so I called their headquarters and said Dongguan would handle it.

How do you want to stop consumers from complaining?

First: Aokang sales staff deliberately did not explain to customers that the uppers of shoes were not genuine leather, which was deliberately concealed!

I asked if it was genuine leather, and the salesman said yes. In fact, when I read the instructions later, I found that the bottom is really leather and the top is PU. I didn't notice that the upper part was PU and the lower part was leather. Their sales staff didn't specify it at all, and then the people in the store said (Aokang Nanshan Changxing Store), meaning you can't see it clearly? ! I want to ask, don't you Aokang salespeople have the responsibility to explain the facts? Just a selective answer? In fact, if I had known it was not genuine leather, I wouldn't have bought it.

Second: Aokang's quality is not up to standard!

PU shoes are found in many places, and it is very common to have some PU shoes on boots. One pair has been worn for a month, which is beyond recognition (I really regret throwing it away, otherwise I can put the picture), and the other pair has only been worn for two days (fortunately, I haven't thrown it away, so I took a photo with my mobile phone for everyone to see).

Third: Aokang, regarding the warranty period, they are irresponsible and try their best to take advantage of the national three guarantees!

Shoes are sold everywhere in this season. I have never seen a pair of shoes that can be replaced like this as soon as they are put down. Everyone buys shoes, because people buy them everywhere in different seasons. Everyone puts it away first, and then wears it. Many of our friends often sell seasonal shoes, such as Belle's, and have never encountered such a situation. Personally, I have never asked Belle to repair any pair of shoes because the quality of others is OK. I'm not advertising for his family, I'm talking about my experience
