Power supply enterprises shall charge electricity fees to users according to the electricity price approved by the state and the records of electricity metering devices. Users should pay the electricity fee according to the electricity price approved by the state and the time limit, manner or method agreed in the contract.

In violation of the provisions of Article 27 of these regulations, if the electricity fee is not paid within the time limit, the power supply enterprise may charge a penalty of 1% to 3/3 of the total electricity fee on a daily basis from the overdue date, and the specific proportion shall be agreed by both parties in the power supply contract; If the electricity fee has not been paid for more than 30 days from the overdue date, the power supply enterprise may stop power supply in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the state.
